Anyone know a good place to get incline/flat/ decline bench? Doesn't have to be real nice. I'll work on getting a good one later. Just needs to support me and a lot of weight.

Craiglist again, eBay, amazon. Not sure if they have benches but you could always check elitefts and rogue clear out sections for some good deals

Rouge and elite were the first place I checked. There's run 500-900 bucks and only incline. Fuck that. I'm sure there nice though. Also craigslist sucks in my area. Everybody is selling the crap for the same price they bought it for. Found 2 on Amazon I like but not quite sure on them yet

Were those the prices in the clearance section or regular for sale?
One other thing I thought about was go around to your local gyms and see if they're getting rid of any equipment. A lot of times gyms will throw out ripped benches rather than re-upholster them but you can grab them for a steal. I brought home one of those incline situp things from my gym for free.

Well I was gonna wait to log it with the rest of my workout but yes you guessed it. May not be a lot to some of yAll but it is to me. I've only been doing deads for 2 years now. I always power cleaned instead. I should of waited till my back wasn't hurting

Thought you might like this but its a lil pricey. Has a hell of a weight load capacity on it though. I googled it an found this. Shit I'd like to have one myself.
