•FEMALE LOG/ANAVAR•

Yes it's hard to find legit primo. It's pricey but there are ugls that carry it.

It's not a cheap lifestyle. I live in Canada and our cost of living is similar if not more than California...my average food bill for the week is $400... but our chicken breast go for 6-8 bucks a pound. If you go organic, if you're into that then it's double that. At least gear for us women isn't too bad but you're still looking at almost 150-200 for a 10ml vial of legit primo. But 10ml lasts me my full cycle.

Yea Canada is a lot more expensive. Especially food. I have family in BC and when I go visit I'm always shocked how much more you have to pay for simple things like milk, eggs, cereal. And housing is super expensive too! Gorgeous country though:)

95mg/ml is totally acceptable IMO. Even pharma varies +/- a few % points.

The new REAL primo is called Rimobolan. If it says Primo and Bayer, it's junk.

The monthly bill between food, GH, AAS and all other necessary elements is ridiculous. Running 10iu/day GH is the most costly, for sure.

@GearGodess , I was going to PM you this, but others might enjoy your answer. What are your thoughts on GH and women?
Gh and women... yes please! Lol

I've ran gh many years. Originally it was for injury recovery which worked great.

The last few years I've been running gh 1iu for the "fountain of youth" qualities....skin elasticity, your skin/hair, youthfulness, recovery and fat burning capabilities, etc.

If you want more for growth. 2-3iu is sufficient for women IMO

If you decide on gh, prepare for a long run...this isn't something you do for couple months and give up.

I was debating letting my chick tap into my stash....

Gone for a couple days and so much to catch up on! Congrats on the new PR and glad you posted about wanting to try Primo. My interest is also piqued! So much good info in this thread.

NOTES-

  • I'm pretty happy I was able to add 5-10 lbs to every lift (This is my third week)
  • Endurance and energy are high
  • Increased vascularity
I have noticed on this board and just all over the net, women are turning to AAs -especially Anavar- thinking this will help them lose weight, "tone up", and just give them the physique they always wanted.
Ok, nothing wrong with that. However, it is alarming when the person who is turning to steroids for these reasons, has very little or no experience when it comes to training and nutrition.

If you have a high BF and you are thinking that an Anavar cycle is gonna do for you what you haven't been able to do for yourself, you're in for a huge disappointment.
I honestly cringe every time I read that women are taking var but they don't see they appearance changing (even though they are dieting- eating 1000 cals/day, and have been working out-30 full mins in the elliptical and 1000 crunches. Well, except the past 3 days when they couldn't make it to the gym, so they thought "maybe I should up the dose, or oh wait, add Clen, T3, or albuterol, can I just stack them all? I wonder why my joints are hurting and my face is bloated. I think I should run tren next"

WTF.

If you want to lose weight there's a simple way to do.
Eat below your maintenance level (caloric deficit) and increase your cardio (burn cals). Start lifting real weights (muscle burns more calories!), read, watch videos, LEARN how to achieve muscle hypertrophy, figure out your macros, make a training and meal plan. STICK TO IT.
If any of these words are foreign to you, you shouldn't be reading up about AAs or even thinking about them.

Before anyone considers taking AAs of ANY kind, you should have your training and diet plan dialed in. You should have a solid foundation bc AAs are not miracle drugs. Some people may be under the impression that AAs will make it easier. They don't. Ask anyone here who has had solid results from steroid use and they will tell you it requires a LOT of discipline, WORK and preparation. I have been busting my ass so much harder since I started my cycle. Training is a lot more intense, my diet is stricter. You have to put in the work bc the steroids are not gonna do it for you.

Females, you have to be mentally ready for the ride. There are HUGE RISKS involved whenyou start playing with AAs. Don't think Anavar is a "girl steroid" there's not such thing. It is true Anavar is the mildest androgenic steroid, but still has the potential to cause serious and permanent changes to a female if not used correctly and responsibly.
THERE WILL BE SIDES. EVERY FEMALE WILL EXPERIENCE SOME SORT OF SIDE. There aren't any side-free steroids. Some of the sides will be so mild You may not even notice them immediately. For instance, growth of lanugo on the face, chest and other body parts.
I just noticed this myself yesterday!
It's so mild that if I didn't pay close attention to my body, it could've gone unnoticed.
Vocal changes can also be subtle. Don't think your voice is gonna drop an octave over night.
What about amenorrhea, scalp hair thinning, acne, altered cholesterol levels, bone density, etc.
These are all things every woman needs to consider before pulling the trigger. Especially when someone does not need to be dabbling into AAs just yet.
Of course, the magnitude of the sides can be lessened by controlling dosage, cycle duration, etc; however, it's a risk anyway.
Females need to know this is not a free, easy ride. PLEASE educate yourselves before you decide to mess with your endocrine system.

Ok, I think I'm done ranting.

Now, here are some progress pics I took today :)

Thanks!! I'm working hard for that turtle back :)
Oh, and squatting 3x a week is going awesome. What's DOMS anyway? Lol
I thought I was gonna have a hard time getting used to taking a rest day btw training days but it makes such a huge difference.
you, sir, know your shit:cool:
I hope I can continue at least squatting 2x a week once my cycle is over.

I just paraphrase other people that actually know their shit, I'm more of a selective parrot with information :p. I squat 3x a week on cycle or off just when I'm off I'll lower the daily volume a little bit so instead of 8 sets of 3 I'll do 6 sets of 3

I'm def gonna try that.
It's great how much I've learned here in MESO. It's unfortunate some people don't take the time to read through the training/nutrition threads. Some of you guys are so knowledgeable.

How's your leg btw?

Well said, I can't believe how many females are under the misconception that var is a miracle pill for fat loss. The same as it is true as a man its for a woman, peds WILL NOT IMPROVE ANYTHING unless diet and training on point. Without this you can take all the drugs in the world, and end up in... well you knw, back at "30% fat"

Your back is smokin'! Damn! I'm in love, haha. You can tell you've been putting in work.;) I love how you can also see your tricep definition.

Great post, by the way. Tell it like it is, girlfriend.

Yup @Devika welcome to my world of frustration. your rant is exactly what I talk about on many boards. And also the reason I decided to speak up and actually post up instead of just answer pm's in private. Too many people think we cheat by taking aas or that it's a magic pill...but they don't realize I bust my ass each and every hour of the day to be the way I am. It's hard work and hard work pays off...

Amen! I've see a lot of male threads like that too. For guys it's such a risk as well! I mean, people are too quick to pull the trigger without doing research first. It's sad when you read posts of people coming in asking for advice bc their hormones are all out of whack and are now trying to do damage control.
Turning to AAs in the hopes of fat loss is just foolish. I've read so many women state in steroid forums "I just want to trim, but not add any muscle" "I don't wanna be bulky, I just wanna lose a few lbs" wth are they doing considering AAs?! Blows my mind.
