2x6 " My bench press sucks. This is my weakest lift. I have to place my feet on the bench for lumbar support (if not my lower back pain flares up) but it makes it very difficult to stabilize the weight. Gonna focus more on bench press from now on and work on my chesticles.

Had to cut my workout short bc I started to see trails again and if I'm not taking LSD it kinda freaks me out (3rd x that has happened) that's my body telling me it needs food immediately or else. I had a huge bfast prior to training, but I spent almost 3 hrs at the gym.
Gonna start bringing a snack for these long workouts. I had so much energy and wanted to do cardio, but my body had other plans. At least it gives me a warning.
I've been sleeping
SO MUCH! 10-12 hrs each day and it's so hard to wake up
I can definately tell my body is working extra hard and needs rest, even though I'm taking a day off in btw trainings.
My plan was to eat ~2000 cals initially but I've been eating at around 1400-1700 cals. Macros 50C/30P/20F.
My body is loving carbs. I have so much energy, feel great, workouts are awesome.
Being a vegetarian definately has its challenges but I'm eating a lot of eggs (not a fan but anything in the name of gains), brown rice w quinoa, beans, lentils, garbanzo beans, green peas, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, PB, cheese, WHEY protein, sometimes protein bars, lots of nuts, fruits and veggies.
I eat pretty much the same thing everyday but I don't mind. Water intake is great ~1.5-2 gallons/day.
I keep forgetting taking taurine and I'm reminded by painful pumps, mainly when doing Bis.
Still taking multivitamins, glutamine and glucosamine.
DOMS took a hiatus. I don't miss it.
Still having minor blemishes on my face and back. Avoiding makeup like the plague.
Libido is high and has me thinking stupidly (contacted my ex. Fuck!)
Getting more aggressive in my workouts. I kinda love it.
Feeling very alpha, it's funny when you consider I'm 5'2" and hopefully at ~110 lbs. This remind me I gotta weigh myself tmw.
I think one of the sides I like the most (besides clit sensitivity) is how I'm more detached from my feelings. I'm such an emotional person and it's nice to get a break.
