2x6 " My bench press sucks. This is my weakest lift. I have to place my feet on the bench for lumbar support (if not my lower back pain flares up) but it makes it very difficult to stabilize the weight. Gonna focus more on bench press from now on and work on my chesticles.

Had to cut my workout short bc I started to see trails again and if I'm not taking LSD it kinda freaks me out (3rd x that has happened) that's my body telling me it needs food immediately or else. I had a huge bfast prior to training, but I spent almost 3 hrs at the gym.
Gonna start bringing a snack for these long workouts. I had so much energy and wanted to do cardio, but my body had other plans. At least it gives me a warning.

I've been sleeping SO MUCH! 10-12 hrs each day and it's so hard to wake up:eek:
I can definately tell my body is working extra hard and needs rest, even though I'm taking a day off in btw trainings.

My plan was to eat ~2000 cals initially but I've been eating at around 1400-1700 cals. Macros 50C/30P/20F.
My body is loving carbs. I have so much energy, feel great, workouts are awesome.
Being a vegetarian definately has its challenges but I'm eating a lot of eggs (not a fan but anything in the name of gains), brown rice w quinoa, beans, lentils, garbanzo beans, green peas, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, PB, cheese, WHEY protein, sometimes protein bars, lots of nuts, fruits and veggies.
I eat pretty much the same thing everyday but I don't mind. Water intake is great ~1.5-2 gallons/day.
I keep forgetting taking taurine and I'm reminded by painful pumps, mainly when doing Bis.
Still taking multivitamins, glutamine and glucosamine.
DOMS took a hiatus. I don't miss it.

Still having minor blemishes on my face and back. Avoiding makeup like the plague.

Libido is high and has me thinking stupidly (contacted my ex. Fuck!)

Getting more aggressive in my workouts. I kinda love it.

Feeling very alpha, it's funny when you consider I'm 5'2" and hopefully at ~110 lbs. This remind me I gotta weigh myself tmw.

I think one of the sides I like the most (besides clit sensitivity) is how I'm more detached from my feelings. I'm such an emotional person and it's nice to get a break.

Have you ever considered an Intra-workout? I personally use Prime Nutrition Intra MD and love it. 30 grams carbs and 20 grams EAA's per scoop. Does not bloat you during your workout, taste great, helps with recovery and DOMS, and gives the extra energy needs for longer workouts. Give it a try and you will never go without it!

Yes! All the ladies came out to play at the same time. When I was researching about var I only came across 1-2 detailed logs. I think in MESO I only found 1. It will be an advantage for any girls who decide to run anavar in the future to have more journals to read from. The experiences I read def were a factor for me to pull the trigger.
One of the reasons why I'm keeping a very detailed journal. I was super grateful for the ones I found and for the time those girls took to write them.

I've been noticing a lot of girls lately in women's physique with butt implants, or what looks like maybe PMMA. Either way, isn't that kind of cheating? I'm a bit torn, as I was discussing it with a female competitor friend of mine yesterday...

On one hand, most of them have breast implants... But breasts aren't necessarily judged on stage (although they certainly are, some of these competitions are glorified sex shows IMO). On another hand, most high level pro BB'ers in at least the men's divisions have used synthol to one degree or another, but synthol is removed from the muscle over time, so not really a permanent addition...

Anyway, I was thinking/talking about it and was curious what other females think.

I suggest picking it up at bb.com. Cheapest and fastest shipping. I'm not kidding, once you try it you will never workout without it again. It makes and incredible difference.

As for my girl, she is getting back into the swing of things. We just had a baby girl 10 months ago, this is our second and last, and she has her diet and training back on point now. Just shredding a little more baby fat before she starts. I dont know her stats exactly but she is probably 5', 120 lbs, and probably still around 18% bf or so. We will start out with var at 5 mg and work up from there.

Not sure if she will start a log or not. I'll see if I can talk her into it. She has been following yours secretly and browsing MESO more now that there are some active females on the board.

Keep doing what you're doing girl!

It's so hard to be competition lean and also sport butt and boobs, so I can see how it's almost necessary. Hair extentions become a necessity too with more advanced AAS usage as hair fall out. My lady friend competitor has it all. Mad props to the lengths women take to maintain lean, muscular bodies and stay feminine. I personally don't think it's cheating because it's a necessity when in the extremes of competing.

She mentioned to me how the dieting is almost worse than the AAS usage in terms of her body shape and hormones. Low body fat = low E2 and E2 is responsible for female body shape and fat deposits in key areas like hips, glutes, and breasts. Excessive cardio and low calorie dieting is a prime culprit. Flat butts and breasts come with the territory for those who aren't lucky to have amazing genes.

Always wondered if babes like michelle lewin have an enhanced booty.

She almost certainly does, same with Paige Hathaway.... This is why they never win competitions, judges know that shit.

Glutes can be built, though.... Breasts cannot in the sense of lifting weights, diet, etc..... If they are going to get butt implants, they shouldn't be judged on their glutes, IMO. It's an interesting concept, though.

Agreed. The butt can be shaped differently based on body structure tho, so sometimes the side or top doesn't grow, or where it sits on your body makes even the most built butt inferior to another in terms of aesthetics in BB. Some ladies will have smooth, even fat deposits in their bums even at low bodyfat. Imagine working so hard and just not having it after years of training, especially being judged on glute development as a foundation of your sport...do you just throw in the towel? Nah. Go to Brazil and get a little injection and you're golden.

As for DLs, depends on how youre doing them. If youre going low weight high reps, there should be no problem. But high weight / low or high reps will probably start giving you that "blocky" mid-section. Its different training for a model / competitor than a PL or strongwoman.
 
I totally understand that - I donkey kicked and hip thrusted while keeping my deadlift at 225 for the longest time in fear of building a blocky midsection and neglecting glutes. Once I abandoned those shitty exercises (hip thrusts are so awful to set up and do!) and finally focused on improving the DL, my butt exploded. It fills out that transitional space between the lower back and glute aND puts muscle on the 'muffin top' area, making the butt heart shaped and solid. Low bar squats for the bottom part and the stairmaster/single leg work to round it off and you've got a solid arse! Lol

But yes, you're right. Heavy dls ate responsible for a blocky mid.

225 is pretty f-ing strong IMO for a chick, nicely done. The bikini/physique girls I know seem to stick around 185 and under, they just don't have a ton of strength.

I just hit a 310 PR over Easter weekend! Super proud. But this isn't my log to hijack. This awesome lady is the BB competitor, I'm just here for the strength gains. :)
