Since we are all on the pharmacom var and it seems to be good, do we just reorder from them again?

Do you guys rotate sources?

I would totally use them again, but I'll labmax my stuff every time.

I don't use or know pharmacon, only what I read about them... bottom line... lab max any and every order you get. We are women and can do serious damage with wrong amounts of different compounds. So ALWAYS labmax. Unless you know your source is 1million % legit and won't rip you off but that's rare nowadays.
 
K cool. The whole ordering process stressed me out a lot but it turned out ok. I wish I had just ordered a bunch and don't have to worry about it again, but knowing you and possibly others still would use them is comforting.

The ordering process was super stressful for me too. My first order was lost and took forever :(

I'm assuming you ladies are in the US? if shipped within the same country, you shouldn't have any issues.
 
Mine was ok. Took 3 weeks. But my phone prefilled the shipping address to work, which I didn't notice till a few days later. I emailed to get it changed but they said it was too late. I also felt the need to cancel the card I used to send the money with...just paranoia all around. Then worrying if it was legit, and ordering the labmax...I was a mess for three weeks.
But I want to run more cycles aND don't trust the guys sources at the gym.

Get a PO box. Have it sent to a fake name that's on the list of "accepted recipients" as well.

The 8 weeks isn't that bad. Your body is in recovery mode and it's worth the wait. If you keep your diet super clean then you should be fine. For me personally I actually still ran a low dose of var and gh through my recovery and I didn't lose much. I still stayed just about the same..except the extra weight of my new "twins"... if I remember correctly, I started back up slowly with cardio and some light machine work, just to get my body moving and remembering.

And yes, over muscle is definitely the way to go if you lift or compete as it looks 1 million times better.
My wife just got her boobs done and is waiting the 8 weeks dr says if you sweat they will swell and you want them to recover properly

it's actually not the sweat, per say.... it's the increased blood flow...she needs to ensure to keep her blood pressure level, any increase can create serious problems in recovery. Swelling is one of them and it is painful...including sex... no sex allowed for a few weeks.

She is about a month out in her recovery and sex is definitely happening lol I'm on 500mg of test and 250 of tren I don't think I could make it with out the sex right now

DAY 20

Today was my rest day so I only did 30 mins of high intensity cardio + 10 mins of monster walk in the stairmaster.
I also worked out my abs.
Highlights of today though:
My neighbor saw me and he was like "dang you've been putting on weight in all the right places"
Then at the gym one of the trainers said I looked great to keep doing what I'm doing (little did he know he was encouraging steroid use Lolz)
Then another gym member said I've put on some muscle.

When I look in the mirror I don't see much changes. I came home and compared these two photos which are only 23 days apart and I can see squatting 3x a week has been paying off!! (Thank you @RodgerThat and @Eman ;))
My vastus lateralis has grown and become a bit more defined.

Oh man, I'm so pumped:D. I'm only on week 3 of my cycle, I still have 9 weeks to continue giving it my all.
I'm gonna go ham tmw when I do legs and shoulders. I wanted to lift so badly today but I was grounded in the stairmaster :(

30 mins of HIIT :eek: you are a machine I do 8-14mins of HIIT and I'm done done. Plus working da booty on the stair master seems like a pretty good day for your goals. Also wow 3 weeks and you already have structural changes you can easily see is amazing. You are putting in all the work and deserve all the rewards to giving you way to go!

I have so much energy 30 mins of HIIT isn't bad at all. I have a love/hate relationship with cardio. I always dread it but when the sweat starts dripping I get this euphoria. I love it. Only the stair master though, I actually hate running bc it triggers asthma attacks:confused:

Anyway, I am dumbfounded to see the changes in my legs. Naturally this would've taken prob a year.
I've gained ~3 lbs. so 1 lb per week is pretty damn good. It's awesome to see where the muscle is going:)
Crazy how a little bit of juice goes a long way for us women.

I see a big difference in the pictures! Those squats are working well for you it sounds like. I love the bench press and deadlift but there is a reason they call squats the king. I believe I read an article that said skwaats caused the biggest release of natural growth hormone than any other exercise, weighted dips were mentioned as well. I'll have to see if i can find that article, it was a great read.

I've said it before - this is truly a great log. When I first started browsing cycle logs I would get so pissed at how they would be hit or miss with the information I wanted to read about. I've read tons and tons of cycle logs on here! This log is a stand out for me and their will be others, including females, that will come across this log while researching and take a lot away from it. Congrats on that.

Deadlift releases the most natural growth hormone. Squats at least for nattys is the best way besides diet to try and increase TT as the larger muscle groups help trigger the responds to need more test. Squats are king but deadlifts are gods gift to man(and attractive lifting female like yourself D) for strength.

That's interesting, I've never come across any articles delving too much into natural hormone release as far as deadlifts are concerned. Usually articles or studies refer to multi joint leg movements for large hormone releases but I've never seen many on deadlift. But deadlift is also a multi joint exercise so it would stand to reason they are comparable with gh release. Which results in more is probably debated.

And thank you so much! I came across two female logs that were detailed and helpful when I started doing my research about Anavar. I spent hrs reading page after page and it really helped me to make the decision to pull the trigger.
I got frustrated when I found some logs that were started but never finished or the info was very selective. Those two logs inspired me to return the favor and journal my first cycle. Hopefully, it can help other females who are on the fence, giving them a picture of what they can expect and provide you guys with an idea of how steroids affect us women.

There is valuable info here in MESO that has been very beneficial to me. I wanted to contribute a little something with my first var experience.

Anyway, thanks for the kind words Eman :)
