Actually, in my arms I've always had very light hair. You can't even see it bc they are blonde. My legs don't grow much hair either. There are some patches of my legs that don't even grow any, so I don't even have to shave my legs too often.
For those reasons, I thought I was gonna be able to get away with more.
I ended up being more sensitive to androgens than I expected.
Ironically, the hair on my legs isn't even growing faster than usual. It has remained pretty much the same.
About that primo though, I may grow a stache by just looking at it lol :(
I still plan to run it just at tinyyyy little bit. May start at 15 mgs and see how I react. Def stocking up on that aldactone ;)
Haha ok... well so now you know what var does

Primo... don't dismiss or assume... you don't know till you try... that one may be the one it does the opposite and may be your friend with nothing unpleasant
 
Hate to tell you gals this, but as you age, hair pops up on the face. I'm 45, and I have had to pluck 3 darker hairs off my chin! I never had hair on my face until my 40's.

Does electrolysis really work to get rid of facial hair? Because if it does, I'm getting it done. I hope var, or anything else I try, won't make more facial hair. EEEK!

DAY 21

Well, today marks the end of the third week of this cycle.
As I mentioned earlier, I lowered my dose to 5 mgs. Even though I am not 100% sure that little hair appeared as a result of Anavar, I'm still gonna continue cruising at a lower dose just in case.
The way I see it, I am learning how my body reacts to these compounds and I don't have to push my limits to achieve a goal. Slowly but steady I'm making really good gains and I am pretty pleased.

I want to thank you guys for the support, laughs and advice you all have provided me with from the beginning❤️

Today I picked up some witch hazel for my face. Left my skin feeling great!

I neglected calves before bc they are pretty defined and bulky from wearing heels.

I took some pictures today of my shoulder pump and veins came out to play too. Can't wait to grow some capped shoulders. It has been a challenge to add mass to them due to a previous injury. I don't know if you can tell but one is higher than the other one. Lateral lifts in my left side are extremely difficult:(

DAY 20

Today was my rest day so I only did 30 mins of high intensity cardio + 10 mins of monster walk in the stairmaster.
I also worked out my abs.
Highlights of today though:
My neighbor saw me and he was like "dang you've been putting on weight in all the right places"
Then at the gym one of the trainers said I looked great to keep doing what I'm doing (little did he know he was encouraging steroid use Lolz)
Then another gym member said I've put on some muscle.

When I look in the mirror I don't see much changes. I came home and compared these two photos which are only 23 days apart and I can see squatting 3x a week has been paying off!! (Thank you @RodgerThat and @Eman ;))
My vastus lateralis has grown and become a bit more defined.

Oh man, I'm so pumped:D. I'm only on week 3 of my cycle, I still have 9 weeks to continue giving it my all.
I'm gonna go ham tmw when I do legs and shoulders. I wanted to lift so badly today but I was grounded in the stairmaster :(

What a difference! It's amazing to see the transformation on your legs at only 3 weeks. Keep it up lady. You're doing a fab job!
 
Starting today I am lowering my dose to 5mg. Splitting it 2.5 mg AM/ 2.5 mg PM

One of the sides I just recently noticed was increased growth of vellus hair all over my body including face. It is so mild that if I didn't look close with a magnified mirror I would've never been able to tell.
However, after close monitoring I noticed ONE tiny hair was not vellus anymore. Probably changed to terminal as it was a lot darker:eek:

Well, I am not willing to risk having more vellus hair change to terminal and end up rocking a stache. The change from vellus to terminal hair is not reversible.
Therefore, I have decided to reduce the dose and see if this side persists.
About to start the 4th week of this cycle in a few days so I'm trying to keep the sides to a min to see if I can run this for 10-12 weeks.

Oh no. Hopefully, you won't have to worry about this anymore once the aldactone kicks in. It may or may not be var related, but like you said, it's better to be safe than sorry.

It will be interesting to see how much gains you can make at 5mg var per day! If you're that sensitive to supplements/compounds, you just might be able to keep making crazy progress with such a tiny dose throughout the rest of your cycle. Now that would be awesome!

But She loved the 8 weeks and want to do again after the 8 weeks off that she needs to have.

It's used as diuretic in high doses... low dose of it won't have the same affect. For the hair growth in unusual places aka hirsutism in women is treated for 3 months straight usually and some need a longer treatment.

Not that I know of... use it as last resort as it is a good treatment for women with those sides or even regular women who have their hormones out of whack and it's prescribed to them.

If your woman is ok with what she has then leave it alone, let her decide. Plus as someone mentioned, as we get older, we get a few extra hairs anyway.

I have PCOS and have been prescribed it in the past. Your post reminded me to hit up my doc again for some more. Thanks for the awesome input!

She probably don't mind, so I'm not gonna force her at all but I like to be ready in case, I prefer to have meds that are possibly needed in my stash :)
Especially because she could fancy to increase anavar at 20mg next time or to try Primo, so better have some emergency plan in case it get worse.

I'm also very curious to find out what gains I can make at such a low dose. But with these stuff a tiny little bit goes a long way.
I'm busting my butt at the gym and it's so nice to see the rewards.
It is fascinating to me how we all react so differently to these compounds. Some women are totally fine running up to 20 mgs. my voice would prob drop 2 octaves at such dose lol
I am def taking a safe and conservative approach.
Maybe I'm just super sensitive right now bc it's the first time my body is exposed to compounds like var? Perhaps in future cycles I can increase the mgs. We'll see.

Totally agree. Better have some in the stash for emergencies. I'm also going to keep some for when I run primo.

I've decided I'm going to add albuterol to this cycle. Still working out the little deets.

My stomach is looking a little flatter even though I'm eating a surplus and ~50% carbs. My metabolism is high, lots of energy, appetite is great. I'm going to continue doing this for 2-3 more weeks and then go on a deficit during the last few weeks of my cycle.
Maybe my abs will come out to play for the summer time?:p

It was actually right when I finished. As soon as I got off I went running to the ladie's room. At least I finished.
I'm hoping to trim that layer of fat that is covering my abs. It is so stubborn!! I feel like my body burns fat from, my boobs, legs, face, arms, butt, everywhere EXCEPT the middle part of my stomach:mad:
Maybe adding Albuterol and a deficit will do the trick.
 
Found this info on Albuterol. It was very interesting to me that it can even help the lipid profile, increasing LDL.

Albuterol, like its closely related chemical cousin clenbuterol, is an asthma medication that has been adopted by athletes and bodybuilders as an ergogenic aid. Like clenbuterol, Albuterol binds to the so called beta 2 adrenergic receptors found on cells throughout the body. The beta 2 receptors on fat cells activate an enzyme called hormone sensitive lipase. This breaks up stored fat into free fatty acids that are able to then leave the fat cell and serve as a fuel source in other tissues. In athletes the primary target of these fatty acids is working muscle. This is the familiar process we know as lipolysis. Albuterol, like Clen, is a potent lipolytic agent. But simply freeing up fat is not enough. Unless the body can burn the extra FFA they will simply be reincorporated into fat. Albuterol has the ability to elevate a person's metabolic rate so these FFA can be utilized for fuel.

Numerous animal studies have shown that clenbuterol increases both muscle size and strength; data supporting these effects in humans are sp. Albuterol on the the other hand has been shown to significantly increase both strength and endurance in humans (1,2). As an added benfit, Albuterol lowers LDL and total cholesterol, while at the same time elevating HDL, the "good cholesterol":

"Significant alterations (P < or = .02) were observed in total cholesterol ([TC] -9.1% +/- 2.5%), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ([LDL-C] - 15.0% +/- 2.9%), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ([HDL-C] +10.4% +/- 3.2%) concentrations, as well as the TC/HDL-C (-17.4% +/- 2.6%) and LDL-C/HDL-C (-22.9% +/- 2.4%) ratios." (3)

4 mg of Albuterol taken approximately 1 to 2 hours before a workout allows for peak plasma levels to be reached during the training session. Additionally the much shorter half life of Albuterol compared to clenbuterol allows one to benefit from its ergogenic effects during a training session but not suffer the sleeplessness that many clenbuterol users experience. Moreover, the short half life leads to much less beta 2 receptor downregulation than with clenbuterol, allowing one to use the drug daily for longer periods of time. On the other hand, if one is primarily interested in fat loss rather than Performance enhancement, one could take 3 or 4 multiple doses of Albuterol throughout the day, always of course cutting back if clenbuterol-like side effects are felt.
