•FEMALE LOG/ANAVAR•

I'm a big fan of Albuterol. Nice energy and my lifts are always slightly easier. Never actually run it in a calorie deficit to be honest but I still looked leaner after a few weeks of use albeit only slightly.

DAY 23

TRAINING- SQUATS/BACK/BIS

Squats
2x10 135
3x7 165 PR!! Saw my life flash before my eyes in the last rep. I was out of the box and my legs almost gave in. Shout out to the guy who saw me struggling as I was about to collapse and ran to my help. I was able to push back to a standing position before he got there. I pulled a muscle in my neck/traps:(
Note to self: don't go to failure out of the box.
I've added 30 lbs to my squat in 4 weeks!!!

Leg press (narrow)
1x10 380 lbs
2x9 390 PR!!!

DB curls
2x7-8 20 lbs
1x6 20
2x9-10 15 lbs

My bis get tired so easily. It's frustrating.
It takes nothing to get them to failure.
Booooo

Seated rows (med grip)
3x10 90lbs PR!!
Seated rows(Close grip)

1x8,7 100 lbs PR!!
1x5 90

BB curls
2x8 40 lbs
1x7

DB rows
1x10 35
2x8 40 PR!!
1x6

DB hammer curls
1x5 20
3x5 15
Shittiest lift. Biceps are done :(

Lat pulldown (wide grip)
1x8 85
2x7

One hand pulldowns
3x6-7 70 lbs Holy burn!!

Glute kickbacks
3x12 75 lbs

Leg extensions
3x10 110 lbs

Burned out w the hack squat

Pretty pleased that I'm still going up in weight even though I'm only running 5mgs.
Hopefully I can continue moving up for the remaining weeks.
Maybe I should stay inside the box. I just hate that the squat rack in my gym is really shitty and you can't adjust the level of the side bars. It's a one size fits all. I'm really short so if I want to go 90 degrees or lower, the Olympic bar will hit the side bars and throws off my balance. BUT it can save me from breaking my back and being crushed by the weights.
Gonna take some baclofen tonight bc I have so much muscular tension in my upper back is annoying. I feel like I have a gorilla hanging from my traps:confused:

NOTES:
  • I'm always SO thirsty. Drinking 2 G of H2O/ day
  • Nails are growing fast!
  • Awesome vascularity
  • Energy and endurance are high. Even after training for over 2 hrs I still have energy to do cardio.
  • Sleeping SO much. My body craves it!
  • My stomach is more sensitive to carbonated drinks (sparkling water, club soda) makes me nauseous
  • I measured my BF% today: 15.47% (initial BF was 16.16%)
  • I have gained ~2.25 lbs of lean muscle in 3 weeks
  • Lost ~1/2 lb of body fat (I measure my BF with calipers and used a BF% calculator to get these numbers. They are merely an approximation and just a way for me to keep track of my progress)
  • I've added a little over
    • 1" on my quads and shoulders.
    • 2" in my chest/back
    • 1" in my glutes
  • Lost some visceral fat
  • Even though I'm only about 2 lbs heavier from when I started my body composition looks a lot different. In a very good way!
I am meeting my goal of adding 5-10 lbs to each week to most of my lifts (bis are prob the ones where I'm having the slowest progression) but it's moving up. Slowly but surely.

Way to go, thats a hell of a workout and those squats And leg presses are impressive! Dont stress about curls too much, im not a real heavy curler either. Curls are one of the few tthings i feel like its acceptable to go a little lighter on and just do a shit ton of reps. For me personally overloading weight on curls has never helped me get stronger like it does.on my other lifts. Maybe tey hitting some drop sets? Hit your 5 at 20 pounds and then grab the 10-15's and bust out 5-6 more. Just a thought. Keep it up!

Atta girl way to keep on the grind! 5mg or 20mg doesn't matter it won't do anything without the grind and you are putting in your hours so good on ya. Congratz on the PR it's really the best thing ever going beyond the person you once were cause if you ain't growing your dying.

Thank you for the kind words and advise. I am going to continue drop setting my curls. It just frustrates me that my legs can push almost 400 lbs and my bis refuse to lift more than 20 lbs. I wanna have big guns and I'm not gonna get them with these sissy little weights:( although I have to realize there was a time where I could barely do 5 lbs, so even a little bit of progress is still progress.
Anyway, thank you again! Hope you have a good weekend :)

Yeah i hear ya, just keep kicking ass like thid and you'll have your gunships up and running soon enough haha.

You're welcome, you as well.

I like that last sentence! You're so right.
I cannot believe I have added to much weight to my squat in 3 weeks. I used to struggle so much with even 135 and now that feels like nothing.
I am forever grateful for the tips you gave me at the very beginning. I'm happy I went out of my comfort zone bc the results speak for themselves.
I used to think hitting legs 3x a week was insane and when you said you don't get DOMS I couldn't believe it.
It is absolutely fascinating how the body can recover so quickly with AAs.
Speaking of recovery, I'm happy to hear your leg is feeling better. Are you still taking Anavar? Can't believe you're deadlifting with a torn quad and thinking about squatting soon. You're a trooper! Hope you can get back to your regular training soon.
We'll miss you while you're gone.
xx

You will be surprised what the body can do once you are use to it, I bet you can continue to squat 3x a week off var because your body will adapt to it. My var ended up being dbol and giving me a gyno flair up so I stopped it. Quads doing good so hoping to squat this time next week and start my squat everyday program. That's something to get use to squatting 7x a week :p

Woah, 7x a week is intense! Are you gonna be focusing on strength or hypertrophy? That's badass.
I am really not looking forward to coming off cycle. Idk how much of a shock it will be when I can't lift as heavy. What do you concentrate on when you're not cycling? Same thing as when you were on it? It's gonna suck monkey balls going back to being a simple mortal:(
I am really looking forward to see your results from this new routine!!

Strength orientated program for squat everyday, very low daily volume. Honestly you should be able to keep trucking and continue to get stronger and leaner while you are off cycle. The results don't come as fast but you won't be backtracking or anything as long as your programming is good. im 4 cycles in and every time I go through PCT and train off cycle I continue to get stronger, my best lifts ever were off cycle 2 months ago.

I ran a modified Bulgarian method over the winter. It was good but I was on a massive amount of drugs and food...which I think it pretty much the only way you can do it. I'd have backsquat sessions where I would just squat for 1hr straight...lay down, eat a meal, play with my balls, then go squat some mo. You can do that with squats...deads on the other hand 2x a week or my CNS just cant recover. I ran 3gs of Test/Eq for 5months and rolled like that but when I came off I slept for 2weeks straight.

Okay well me and @Devika arent quite in the multi gram drug club yet, we ain't cool enough! But ya squats I can train all the time but deadlifts have a limit and 2x a week is that limit for me as well

lol point being the body can adapt to just about anything like you said...though I thought I'd mention you can train 7x week with intensity and volume just not both in the same training session. I respond much better to having 2-3 volume days in my week instead of training singles/triples 7days a week. I guess it depends on your definition of "very low daily volume".

This makes me feel a lot better!
I really hope I can keep some of my strength and muscle gains.
Based on what I've read Anavar gains are
pretty keepable. We shall see.

This sounds like the life!!
I wanna squat.eat.playwithmyballs and repeat ;)
do you part...play with a friend's balls.
Go green, recycle, love the earth, shit like that.

No one as mentioned it but... be careful adding that much weight on the mainlift in a short time span. It's easy to injury yourself and put shit load of strain on tendons and ligaments.
Sometime is better to no go for PR all day long. It's asking for trouble :)
Just my 2cents.

This is true for someone pushing maximal weight and making huge jumps in body weight as the tendons don't keep up with the muscle growth. Being female she isn't going to jump 30lb in her first cycle like guys do and her PRs are a reps PR. If she can do 7 reps for 3 sets with that weight there is no danger to the tendons and ligaments IMO.
