Feels good to know in case of an emergency I can lift up myself up to a tree or something. Survival brownie points.

NOTES-
  • Still cruising at 5 mgs daily.
  • My hair and face aren't as oily as they were when I was on 10 mgs
  • No mustache, no beard. only lanugo- very fine blonde hair on face, chest, arms.
  • Strength gains are still there
  • Clit is less sensitive and has returned to normal size (it was a bit more swollen at 10mgs) :( but it's still rocking some pretty good orgasms back to back;)
  • I'm starting to see more vascularity in my lower abs. They are looking a lot leaner. I'm really excited to add Albuterol to this cycle. I can't believe that even while eating almost 50% carbs my BF is decreasing.
  • Energy is still super high, I feel great.
  • My sleep is awesome. I'm sleeping so much, my body craves it.
  • Absolutely love how my legs and glutes are looking.
Very pleased with the way this cycle is going. Sometimes I do get tempted to raise my dose back to 10, especially when I see girls here increasing their dose. What works for some does not work for everyone. Sometimes I think, "well, if I increase the dose I could prob lift a bit heavier and speed up the gains process" but that's where I stop myself and take a reality check.

Is your body changing? Yes
Are you having less sides? Yes
Are you still making strength gains? Yes
so stay at the dose you're in.
"But I could lift heavier and make even mooore gains" --this is not sprint, it's a marathon! Now shut up and make me a protein shake!!


So my judgment tells me to stick to the least amount of juice that it takes to make steady gains.
This won't be my first and last rodeo. I really need to get in the habit of taking a very conservative approach when it comes to juicing bc when I start dabbling into stronger compounds it will be to my advantage to have a humble mentality and maintain that respect for AAs.
Speaking of, I am already planning my second cycle in August.
Not sure what I'm gonna do with myself during those 12 weeks. It's def gonna be a mind fck. But I will honor my body by giving it a break and allowing it to reestablish homeostasis, bc it's been doing a freaking amazing job lately!

I'm thinking of doing primo only to fully get a pic of how it works.
I'm quite excited to learn about pinning and such. I've been doing my hw and I find it fascinating. Luckily for me, I dont fear needles.
Have you thought about what your plan is when your cycle is over? It's kinda depressing to think about it :(

165 lbs these felt heavy AF. I was kinda upset they weren't feeling any easier and got me a little sad. However, when I think about the amount of stress I've been putting on my quads lately, I realize not everyday is gonna be a PR day.

1x1 200 PR (got my ticket to the 200 club. Fck yeah!!!)

These are becoming harder and harder if I don't have a spotter. Just trying to get the 30 DB up and stabilize them sucks major monkey balls.

I hate going to the gym late afternoon as well. It's packed wall to wall at that time and is really frustrating. Hard for me to focus.

And just wait till you start getting a little bit of rage. I can't imagine how guys deal with tren.
Sometimes I get so worked up for little things like finding 10 lbs DB in the 30s. Things that I usually would've brushed off.
To keep my sanity I'll stick to my noon workouts. The gym is empty then!
And thank you doll! I am very happy my leg press and deads are increasing. I was a bit bummed out about squats but they totally made up for it

I always heard about women syncing up their cycles when I was younger, didnt think this was what it meant though... :D

I can't pin...no way. I had this thick serum injected into my arse when I got mastitis (infection of the breast milk ducts when breastfeeding) and I was crying. My baby had really bad pneumonia and it was needles all around for 3 days...I hate them to the extent that ive fainted at the sight of them and blood. I know GG has a perfectly good explanation about the whole pinning thing...but maybe if I had someone who would do it for me. Unlikely. Plus im not lean enough like you ladies are. It's going to be var again. But I'm anxiously waiting to see what your results will be on something different!

Oh, I already get irked when I see dumbells or plates out of place as I'm reaching for them. I end up standing there organizing them before resuming my workout, ha.

Dumbbells I could care less about being messy as I rarely go and look at them but if my squat rack doesn't have the plates set up from 45 at the bottom to 2.5 at the top in a descending order I'm not squatting until I've fixed it. It's the little OCD thing that I started doing years ago but now I have to do it or I can't focus on my workout :p

I think with time you may surprise yourself and change your mind.
Besides it not a blood test. It's all IM.
Var has been an excellent tool for body recomp. I have lost BF while still putting on LM. I can't go by the number in the scale bc it goes up and down, up and down. Today I was only 1 lb above my starting weight, but I look completely different.
So if your goal is to continue to lose BF, keeping and putting on muscle another cycle of var will be perfect.
Super excited to have a cycling buddy again :)
@jaymaximus I guess us girls like to synchronize all of our cycles. The moon is our heavenly body after all.

I would be standing at the squat rack forever if I did that! The plates are NEVER in order at my gym and on top of that, they are incredibly disorganized. Not just a plate or two. Almost all of them. Or all the 45's are missing. Drives me crazy.

I don't mind how they leave the weights. I just want them OFF THE BAR when they're done. My gym has the worst douches loading up the bar on the squat rack, doing OH presses there and then walking off. I'm friggin 5'1" and you leave the bar loaded up on the top wrung for me to deal with. Duck you.
