@Devika I also wanted to tell you I started the spironolactone prescribed by the doc at 25mg yesterday. Didn't feel anything different (the first dose of a med is usually where I feel sides right away). Not even more peeing, but I do so much of that already anyway.
 
I can't pin...no way. I had this thick serum injected into my arse when I got mastitis (infection of the breast milk ducts when breastfeeding) and I was crying. My baby had really bad pneumonia and it was needles all around for 3 days...I hate them to the extent that ive fainted at the sight of them and blood. I know GG has a perfectly good explanation about the whole pinning thing...but maybe if I had someone who would do it for me. Unlikely. Plus im not lean enough like you ladies are. It's going to be var again. But I'm anxiously waiting to see what your results will be on something different!

QUESTION Happy... are you afraid of mosquito bites? or even a tiny pinch? ...thoughts on this?

Definately keep very hydrated and track your potassium. You gotta have a very low potassium intake to avoid any issues.
Should def help you to keep the androgenic effects at bay (increased hair and acne), are you taking taurine for cramps?

Lmk how you continue to feel! I'm still a bit skeptical about using it bc idk if it would affect my gains as it's an androgen blocker not sure what effects it would have on the anabolic aspect of AAs.
I'm also effy about messing with electrolyte balance. I've suffered from cardiac arrhythmia from my ED and alcohol abuse in the past.

you gotta monitor your potassium AND sodium intake while on spironolactone

Ya'll are brave. And competition/model lean and slim. And boobs to decorate those lovely bodies. I have no business doing more advanced cycles yet lol. I'll just admire from afar :)

lol... the answers you provided, are typical... we all thought that at first... a needle literally feels like a tiny pinch or a mosquito bite....some times you don't even feel it and it's done.

...and first step to building your courage is to look at it differently... think of it as improving your body image and performance, it's a GOOD thing... not that you are sick and blood sucked dry... change your thinking.... we were all terrified at some point... but once you start seeing results, you actually start looking forward to your shots...

don't rush it. there is no point, you need to be ready.

GG, I'm not sure where you pin. But, I find for smaller shots the quads are easiest. Also, get some 5 % lidocaine cream if you're worried about the pain, the worst the bit is when it first punctures the skin.

Well I use slin pins subQ and 25g pins IM and it's not bad at all... delts and quads are my typical spots...

So, I went on the scale today and I was 105.8. That's only 1 lb over from what I started with but my body looks absolutely different. These 4 weeks have recomped my body dramatically.
I've lost fat and replaced it with muscle, which is great! But I wanna put on some serious muscle now.
I need to eat more. Yayyy

I've been a little down these past two days. I think seeing my ex was a delicious mistake, but a total mind fck.
I need to just forget about that BS and go full force on what's left of my cycle.

Took some progress photos today and I was pretty happy. My stomach is looking super lean. I wanna get that V cut so badly.
The pics of my legs are only 9 days apart, but I can see the difference:D

Looking good. As far as the squats, one trick I use when I "plateau" is to load up the bar with more weight than I can do and either just walk it out or do a half squat or 2. It makes the other weight seem lighter and you can push a little more (I do this on bench too).

It's so frustrating to be stuck on the same weight, especially on gear. I feel like why isn't this juice working!!?!?:mad:
But it is, I'm just a brat and expect daily PRs. :p

Im the same way. And PLing it gets even worse. But I was stunting my progress going for PRs all the time too. Now I might try rep PRs at a little lighter weight too. Meaning if you drop weight 10 - 15 lbs on your heaviest squat but knock out 15 reps itll help you with the heavier weight. And you get to feel good you did more reps at that weight than you have.

It's the way I approach prs. I get my max, after a while go for 2, and finally when I can get 3, I up my pr weight
