I love them. They can straighten your pelvis, and dont cause issues that bar squats do. have u tried adding bands to weight load yet its like another exercise. I notice the hyperthropy effects already and think that I could belt squat 3x a week. I been doing glute hip raises with my feet in suspension loops with a 45 on my lap too.

I've thought about bands, but haven't tried it yet. I use the calf raise machine for belt squats and I've maxed the number of 35's that'll fit. It's either bands or taller platforms to stand on and 45's. Been doing them twice a week for awhile now.

I found those and my gym is never going to get a real belt squat machine. I was trying g to see how the calf machine worked

Same with my gym. Luckily they have a squat rack, deadlift platform, and allow chalk, but it's mostly a gym that caters to old people and casual lifters.

The calf raise machine works and also you can do it like you would at bar row, although it's more complicated and a bit dangerous. One of those landmine things would probably work, too.

Rogue sells this thing that's like a platform that attaches to a power rack with a hole in the bottom. You attach plates to a loading pin that hooks onto a belt and you squat on the platform. It's the only actual true free weight version I've seen. One of these days I'm gonna get motivated and DIY one like it. Wouldn't take much and they sell the belt with the loading pin.
 
Loading pin and 2x 16" plyoboxes work great. Having a foam Plyobox that is about 24" is nice in case u have to bail out. U sit onto the foam block. You can do box type belt squats like this too.

Couple more weeks of offseason training till I start a more rigid program. I did get all my gear for this year which include 10g anadrol, 50g test c, 1g halo. I cant wait to "test" my halo, my mouth waters just typing that. It better be good I paid a premium for it.

Also added a rackable camber bar, and a safety squat bar to gym last week. I would love to get the Wenning Belt Squat machine, but I dont think it will go down steps into my basement. I have room for it and a few other machines still.

Giong back to a more conventional strength wave. About 3 weeks of GPP work with a heavy day here and there seemed to at the least get me a little more bullet proof and some extra gas in the tank.

Thats a good amount of volume and I could have done more. I want to see how I recover from this before adding in a few more acessory lifts. Im running 900mg test a week now without a second compound. Im going to run anadrol in a deficeit probably 1500 cal for 4 weeks starting Nov15. I want to be on edge of maxium recoverable volume by then. I plan on being beat down after 4 week cut and will need a short deload.

Band Mobility

With squats and deads on same day I kept Acessory volume down. Feeling strong been fasting 12 hours a day down 268 from 274 @ 26%BF according to Body Analyzer Scale. Im going to have a Mach Meet soon and use it to test lifts and the Halo I just recieved. Im not plugging a source here so look at my posts to see where i got last batch of raws for that review. AGAIN GOOD JOB ON UR MEET WORF.
 
I Eat about 2 hours before training Have a shake during and eat up to about 4 hours before bed. most of fast is while im sleeping then not eating soon as i get up . I am gased up for training.

I could have done more but think with the deads I woul need an extra day to recover if i did any more. About20 min after I eat and drink a Gatoraid I get my energy. I sleep a little more while doing IF and wake up unmotivated. I do all my lazy stuff before I eat. I train about an hour and a half after eating and drink a Shake and Gatoraid while training. I find a BSN Synha 6 Edge is way better than BCAA intraworkout. I will never buy BCAA again. Im not even using creatine just food, 900mg Test C wk, and 1 shake a day.

I don’t supplement much anymore either.
1 protein shake post, EAA plus Carbion pre and intra, Creatine in and off and that’s about it on top of gear, I am cruising right now 200mg test cyp

I took 50mg anadrol 1 hour pre workout. im going to start at 50 preworkout only and see if i need to add more or not. I like high test and to use just enough orals.
