Older guy looking to learn about TRT etc

I've already got a kit of PT141 :)
Primarily for my partner but I've heard it can be great for men as well. We have yet to try it...

2mg for her, 3-3.5mg for you my friend, lest you be needlessly disappointed. PT has a "minimum effective dosage" one must cross or you'll experience the full side effects without the full benefit. It's more a switch than sliding scale. There are typically transient GI side effects. not dissimilar to Semaglutide. Brief nausea right after administration, and later, sometimes the next day, constipation or the opposite is possible because digestion motility is slowed down (hence eat lightly). Most importantly, know that for the vast majority, these sides lessen with each use, Usually no more than by the 3rd or 4th use they don't happen anymore, ever,

So eat lightly the day of planned use. Enjoy the effects, and bear in mind if you like it (that is, if you enjoy "pillowbiter" orgasms, have good insulation in the walls, etc), you'll develop an immunity to the sides fairly quickly (if you get sides at all, some don't).

Wow!

minimum effective dosage and the one that doesn't give you heart burn
The heart burn can be crippling. I was not warned. The guy at the TRT clinic told me I should try Cialis for the pumps at the gym. Sure why not I said, 20mg tab later and I had heartburn and a seriously improved erection for a 4 days.

If you stick with the Cialis, the sides do lessen (for most) over 2/4 weeks. Then it's all upside (pun intended), better pumps, and lessened risk of heart attack and stroke. Well worth getting accustomed to the best men's "daily vitamin" imo.

Typically sides are heart burn, slight backache, and nasal congestion, all products of improved circulation. But the body almost always adjusts and those disappear, if you maintain a steady dose. Safety has been demonstrated after decades of daily use,

Ya, I now cut it in half and take one half EOD or every 3rd day.
