Yes, you can bulk after 50. My best bulking years were were between 50-60. I ate pretty clean, but a ton of food. Just be ever mindful to do blood work often, work out hard and don't drop cardio. I stopped bulking about a year ago as my cardio was beginning to suffer and well, I just got tired of eating so much food. I'm 5'8" was around 200-210 then and now I'm a sleek 188-190.
