Pushups won't get you big? Is that what i saw? Pushups are better for mass then benchpress,because they involve a much higher level of Neuro-Muscular Activation. Of course pumping out 80 pushups isn't going to do much but add stamina and give a good pump,but try them with your wife on your back,like i do.
