Try some ALA 600mg-1G before bed. It may not go away. Like you said everyone is different. I get some tingly numbness on 6iu ED but not enough to keep me awake. It hasn’t really gone away

Think I have some, at least I used to. I'll give that a shot, thanks!

Turns out I'm allergic to ALA...so now I've got numb tingly fingers AND terrible hives lol

Never had any issues with Pharmaqo stuff besides getting it from overseas. Having it domestic with Opti being a solid source already I wouldn’t hesitate to use it. Having said that I prefer some of our other domestic sources but it’s definitely not bunk gear.
