It's like saying contaminants in Semaglutide cause nausea.

So you’re saying rapid sides are a sign of overdosing, and to start at a manageable dose. Then taper up?

Yes. A reduction in dose and slowly tapering back up is exactly how doctor's whose rHGH therapy patients experience sides deal with it.

GH changes the way the kidney functions. This leads to excess sodium accumulation and systemic water retention. (edema, joint pain, bloating, subQ water)

IGF causes connective tissue to produce more local water retaining compounds. (They do this naturally for lubrication.). This creates excess water in surrounding tissues, compressing nerves, which is most noticeable as carpal symptoms since the hand's nerves pass through a confined area.

In most cases the body rebalances kidney function and sodium levels revert to normal after a while eliminating systemic water retention, which also reduces the local carpal like symptoms since there's less water in the body overall, but if it's intolerable, a slow titration make the adjustment easier to deal with.

This happens in up to 45% of adults starting rHGH treatment. Pfizer and Eli Lily must be producing some trash rHGH huh?

Always.. no bro science this is were people jump in at to high of a dose and experience all sorts of shitty sides

I mean ive seen people start at below 1 iu…

Just to be clear, even if you don't titrate up , the sides should lessen or go away entirely if you're willing to suffer through them. Jumping straight to 4iu gave me carpal in one finger early each morning for about month, before mostly fading away. But for anyone who wants to be cautious, or who's had sides much worse than mine, starting low is prudent.

This is truth, dimer and aggregates just decrease the amount of active GH. That's why I inject anyway even if I see a few floaters. Fortunately I'm not an atopic person and have had no issues with allergic reactions... except for MOTs-C which always causes some transient redness and itching, but that seems almost universal and way to validate it is in fact MOTS-C; not surprising as it is a mitochondrial-only peptide not normally visible to the immune system.

First GH I used was Meditropie black which would cause pretty bad CTS symptoms at 4 iu. I switched to K4L which did not, but figured its potency was overrated. Now using Opti, slowly worked my way up to 7.5iu which gives me a couple minutes of transient, slightly annoying CTS that goes away rapidly - so figure that's the ceiling dose for me.

Dimer serves a decent proxy measurement of overall manufacturing quality and storage conditions. I'd also suggest the more dimer, the less stable that particular batch probably is. So it's not useless for comparing to other UGLs / batches.

Dude. I can just go to a nearby btc atm and buy it with just phone verification and my name. The only downside is the very high fees. HodlHodls' sellers don't even reply to me and I was banned for no reason. Also bisq is P2P, so you need to have collateral btc, which I don't have.

My last order came in with two vials crushed.

I will say the packaging could use some work. I am very glad it was primo or mast that was ordered. Zero bubble wrap or protection is probably not the best route to go.

Opti offered either refund or reship with future order so that makes it ok. Luckily it was just test so nothing that won’t get restocked.

I’ve never seen a package come with any vials crushed, or broken.
sounds like your carrier may have mishandled said package which in this case even with bubble wrap would result in broken vials

Well here you go, first for everything !

Yes it was probably mishandled. Shipping USPS would you expect anything less? Those workers don’t give a fuck about their Jobs.

Seeing how the vials are packaged, it would not take a lot to break these. Vendors should be shipping packages as if they are being mishandled.

Sorry for the loss bro I know this can be disheartening but opti will make it right.
I was just saying even with some bubble it can still happen unfortunately.

All good , at the end of the day if you’re shipping glass and thinking vacuum seal plastic and a little shrink wrap is gonna protect your package without a high risk of breaking, you’re out of touch.

At any rate, it must not happen often so that’s why he ships like that. And again, I’m happy it’s just test cyp and opti is a good enough operation to make it right no matter what
