I use 3ml. 22 units a shot for 3iu.

I'm using gold tops right now, and while the vial fits ~3.5ml, I'm only reconstituting with 2ml. Never had any issues with this. Using 12iu/day
These are the stickers I put on my gold tops;
Im putting in 3ml and that's getting the vial about 90% full. Anymore than that, I'd transfer to a bigger vial. Been using the Gold Tops for 6 months now. Definitely doing what its supposed to.

I'm probably dropping to 8iu soon myself, just to stretch my GH supply out a good amount. 12 is 50% more than 8, so that's a big difference in how long it will last me, plus it's not anywhere near a 50% increase in effectiveness, so not a great return on investment when taking 12 vs 8. 8iu is a solid dose

Anyway other gold top users have this happened?
Opened my last kit of gold tops this past week and first three vials are no good... first two I added my usual 3-3.5cc Hospira water by dripping down vial after purging the vacuum. Each one turned turbid white, completely cloudy with feathery/undissolvable solids visible. Third vial I added half that amount of different BSW brand from a bottle that was nearly empty, and same thing happened immediately. Any one had this happen before? Clearly these are not usable.
Pic shows the 3 bad vials, along with with a Glutathione vial as a clear reference.
Grabbed a 36iu vial from an SSA kit I had an it mixed up clear using same bottle of Hospira, took about 5 min or totally so. I still have a an unopened green top Opti kit here too.
All my kits are stored from the day of receipt in the same refrigerator. This bad one came from ordered received end of May.
I've finished at least 3 other gold top kits and never had this issue. Most vials would have extremely tiny visible particles which I figured were insignificant aggregates that are probably inevitable with high iu kits, and got the expected effects ie carpal tunnel. Only 'filtering' I did was drawing up from a 31g needle.
I emailed Opti and didn't; get a response, so just resent.

Just placed a order for 3 Optigold Tops couldn’t pass up this amazing deal on 400iu kits seen a lot of positive feedback on his GH through out his thread and decided to give it a go will be running these after I finish my current kits of orange tops from another vendor also will update with how the vial reconstituted after adding bac water ie dissolve speed and see if any cloudiness or floaters or any sort looking forward to using these though @Opti took care of few questions I had through email and was very thorough and quick to respond I’m first time buyer from opti and it’s already off to a great start
I recon with 3ml in the vial and then filter+transfer to a 3ml insulin pin cartridge, total volume fits comfortably in both.

Why multiple gold tops instead of green tops? Any difference in them? I thought abt getting some gh from them for the first time and dont know which ones to get lol
60iu in a vial seems like a lot and maybe wouldn’t reconstitute all the way idk but im sure it would
