Been on opti since september ‘23 and considering including an IGF-1 test in my next bloodwork. I’d inject 10iu intramusclar 3 hrs prior to drawing bloods. If interested, I can post the results here.

I’ve never understood the 10iu injection. IMO That doesn’t give you an accurate IGF1 reading.Why not just stay your current protocol. Whenever I test IGF I just stay my usual 4iu morning injection. You can see my past blood work if you check my postings
It is not for igf. It is intended to check wether there is any hgh in the vial. You have to measure hgh serum for that after 3 hours of the injection

Well igf response it not identical for everyone. Hgh serum test can at least tell you if you have been injecting hgh. It’s not a measure for quality though.

No. The increased dose of hgh takes time to raise igf1.
