He is replying now to my mails from weekend but I am sure there are a lot so just be patient

Opti got back to me quickly regarding my missing items and the incorrect delivery. They handled everything professionally right away and initiated a reship, which I was even able to combine with another order so I didn’t have to pay extra shipping.
