Opti got back to me quickly regarding my missing items and the incorrect delivery. They handled everything professionally right away and initiated a reship, which I was even able to combine with another order so I didn’t have to pay extra shipping. I actually received the tracking number before I had even paid. Opti is simply the best supplier in Europe and offers the best service. There’s just nothing better.
