I’m ashamed for the following message, but it’s best to inform everyone about it.

The last received batch of Cialis Unique tested with ZERO active ingredient! And unfortunately I was not aware of the fact that we already started shipping this batch.


Since yesterday afternoon, after receiving the results we’ve been busy full time to analyse which orders got affected. We received stock update yesterday evening and only the orders with Cialis Unique that were shipped in the last 2 weeks have received this batch with zero active ingredient.


We have already contacted everyone that has received this batch to inform them about the situation.

For every Cialis Unique that has been received by the affected customers, we will replace it with 100x20mg Vidalista + a Kamagra Jelly weekpack added for each Cialis ordered. These reships will be send out directly on Monday.


For Everyone that we were not able to contact directly, we will also reship the order and add a note in each parcel explaining the situation.


The strange thing is that the raws used for it were from the exact same raws delivery as in the Labtest shown below.

Jano reached out to us, did some further testing on it, and informed us the sample did contain sildenafil20 instead of tadalafil20.

Was it purposeful by UP? I think this is what needs to be ascertained, because a zero dose, seems like a red flag as opposed to just an error. It's like takeaway box with a serving of chicken and broccoli, but the chicken ain't there, so they padded with more broccoli. Passes the "size / volume test" but you don't meet the protein requirements. And why hasn't opti ran it past janoshik before having it on sale, etc?

You are correct we should have obviously tested it before it was put on for sale. But we had unknowingly already started with the newest received batch. Which is ofcourse also our fault, and we should keep better track on it.

“Hello sir, I think the Unique Test E I bought mid November is about half underdosed (like 150mg/ml or so) as per my last bloodwork, after taking it for one month.
I happen to have another sealed vial, if I send it in for testing will you reimburse the cost of testing+vial? Also, do you reimburse with "store credit" or actual money? Is Janoshik required or Analiza Bialek is still fine?
Sorry to bother you with so many questions and thank you.”

This is the way how it should be handled. Not with complaining on multiple different forums with unreliable blood results and claiming the gear is trash, just based on 1 blood sample. Blood results have just too many different factors that can have an influence on the result.


@nyakibacsi still waiting for your results, I’m sure you have received them by now.

I’ll add my anecdotal experience as well.

I’ve been using the Blacklabs Test C (labelled as Test E), and I got my bloods back today. This is my first time running 500 mg on previous cycles I maxed out around ~250 mg (give or take), so when I didn’t notice significantly increased side effects (more acne, more hair loss, etc.), I started to get a bit suspicious. The points raised by @nyakibacsi also made me curious.

After reviewing today’s bloodwork and comparing it to my previous on-cycle labs, I can see a clear positive correlation between the higher dose and both total and free testosterone levels.

That said, I can’t shake a bit of suspicion regarding the Novo HCG. Is there a janoshik report on it? Sorry if it was already posted... this forum isn't great for searching.

Mast fucks Up With my joints more and more. But it's the best addition to test/trt. Maybe in a few months i will give it another try
