PA. bust. A missing meso source hails from PA. Out of this world!

"Police are still working to determine who
the illegal products were being sent to"

With PA police on it, that should
only take about.. 12 more years :)

"According to Harris, more than
1,000 oral and injectable steroids
were collectively discovered in Palmer's home"

Depending who was at that bust, that
stuff might not have ever made it back to the station, in Jersey..

I hope they put this stupid fuck away for a long time for putting others safety at risk for no reason. Dangerous enough game without driving drunk to the post office at 2:30am with syringes and vials in your front seat.

Mass Turk you are giving LE too much credit on this one. Look at the picture of this tool, he was so blasted he could barely keep his eyes open.
Now you think this guy what you could entrust your orders to? Getting smashed and driving erratically around town with syringes and gear in plain view sounds like he's saying "Bust Me"

They were probably watching the post office with a word from a confidential informant and pulled him over after he made a drop and looked for a probable cause and slammed him after that. But they won't tell that to the public.

I absolutely do not believe that they just happened upon this guy as he was swerving into the entrance of the post office. Too much of a coincidence. And he was parked at the Post Office when they decided to approach him? Really? Why would they think he was drunk while parked at the PO? And are we supposed to believe that the cops were sitting at the PO, hanging out there on a Sunday at 2:30 am, and looked up and said "that guy looks drunk"?

I believe they were already onto him, probably watching him, and were tipped off that he was mailing packs overnight at this PO.

Maybe I am wrong though.

It's PA..
No one is out at 0230.. They aren't allowed.. I think

Besides the Post Office there is probably
the size of the Left Wing of my estate..

Nah maybe the Right Wing... well, they are both pretty
big since I did that new addition... My Garage?

You could be right Bickel. I just can't get past the picture which you can bet given the circumstances wasn't taken until 1 1/2- 2 hours after the arrest. This dumb fuck is still so blasted two hours later even facing serious jail time which should have his heart pumping he can't keep his eyes open.

There is never a good time but between 1am and 3am Saturday and Sunday morning are the absolute worse times to be driving under the influence or to be parked alone in your car in any public spot if you have been drinking. Cops are driving around looking for DUI's.

If they were sitting on this idiot they would have gotten a search warrant and served him when they knew he was home. I still say his stupidity got him caught but there is no way of knowing for sure.

Forgot to mention the other thing that struck me is it is clear from the comments by LE they feel they caught a big fish and I think their arrogance would have them patting themselves on the back if this was part of a sting. They tend to want to take as much credit as possible when they think they have made a major arrest.

They found the thousands in a storage place and his home. Storage was rented under fake alias. They say the syringes were plain site, I believe they were in a box being sent. He also had many addresses printed for more boxes to be delivered. A lot of people are in deep shot with this one.

I ask this sincerely, but do you guys think they will really proceed with tracking down the folks receiving packages from this source, or do you think they are saying that for PR reasons? I wouldn't think that they would need any further evidence to prosecute this guy, given the findings at his residence? Again, this isn't a hypothetical question, I really am asking.

They have no proof anyone received the gear or box..

They are going to be too busy counting and taking pictures with
all the vials and bottles, anyway ..

If they believe they are redistributing ( if it's a large order) they will do a controlled delivery. I don't think they will go for all of them, but who knows

Depends on the department. If they feel like they have better things to do, no.

If its one of those fucked up departments that screw up a lot i could see it. They would be happy busting someone with a preloaded pin and throwing that on the front page as to show there hard investigative work that originated from a larger bust. Now they are cleaning upnthe streets getting all the juice heads out of alleys and away from prostitution.

I would certainly expect them to pick out the big orders and try something or maybe even just tjrow some.shit in a box and start slapping those labels they found on em. They are just playing the lottery then cause everyone almost has something illegal at home and now they get to put that shit on the news. Wether its your wifes pot or giant bunk gear stash they will fuck you once they come in.

I think its all PR. They might look for people in their jurisdiction but I highly even doubt that. In my experience cops will offer a deal if he were to rat out his supplier. It wouldnt be worth their while to bust every end user. I think its wise for anyone that orders aas to do so in small quantitites. Also use a fake name when youre using your real address. And always pay in cash when using WU or moneygram. Never leave a direct trail. Its harder to convict with circumstantial evidence.

Guys...this isn't astro. I 100% know his personal info and this isn't him. You guys were getting close in his thread a few days ago.

I see the children are mentioned in the article. We need to protect the children from this monster.

Seriously tho no one sells to kids. They don't have money.

Police regularly go to usps centers and look for "suspicious packages" looking for all types of drugs. They get these packages separated and run the addresses and corresponding names through a database called "accurint" and if the names and addresses don't jive and if it is from a source state(just about any state), they may do a dog sniff. Based upon these suspicious factors such as name not matching address on accurint and source state info, they may seek a warrant to open and possibly plant a transmitter from a fed judge and deliver. Obviously they are looking for the bigger packages like a shoe box that weighs 20lbs lol..but you get my point.

Ive never heard of this happening before. When did local police take over the US postal inspectors job? I agree that they work hand in hand with several LE angencies when the inspector finds something, but never heard of police inspecting mail before. And why would they use a transmitter when they have the packs final destination? What they normally is a controlled delivery.
