You’re the Geodude avatar on asf 4iu serostim experiment correct? Regular on pic you took today on PM? Completely shredded on 350 test? Glad we bump into eachother againYour daily macros are higher than my high day macros - and I’m on a bulking cycle . Sounds fun!
You can’t be serious
Good observations. I like the ultra filtered fairlife milk it’s pretty good and the cereal was really just a carb load. My appetite is still non existent but I have macros that I have to hit, no excuses. I can easily digest the cereal but there’s no way I’m getting 2lbs of chicken at 17 cups of rice right after a cut. After a nice cut proceeds with a shit ton of sugar and milk while battling acne..and adds tren again which caused him acne in the first place.
@PaintDrinker i hope you know what you're doing. Good luck reaching your goals and remember we're all here doing silly things but we must at least minimize potential side effects and long term health problems. Cereal and milk it's not how it's done, Sam Sulek is not the guy to take notes from..

Now I will say one of the main reasons I like this forum is there’s this element of care. Appreciate your comment and thoughts.
Yeah man! Thank you!!!You’re the Geodude avatar on asf 4iu serostim experiment correct? Regular on pic you took today on PM? Completely shredded on 350 test? Glad we bump into eachother again
Fully agree with you. Rice puffs are a decent alternative to the processed cereals. I love the crunchiness - I guess because I'm a child. The One Degree sprouted rice crisps are easy to digest and basically just crunchy rice.Humans are the only species that drink milk after growing teeth. I like it too, especially chocolate haha..i just don't think it has a place for bodybuilding purposes.
As far as cereal i don't buy that "refeed" thing where they eat fruit pebbles and all the sugary kids stuff just for the sake of carb intake. This might have a place for a few individuals like Roman Fritz or Paul Barnett who eat 2000gr carbs on high days, in that range yes i know it's almost impossible to eat clean, but under 1000gr is achievable..and if you have a hard time getting all that from "cleaner" sources ok, you could add one meal of sugary treats but not all day's carbs.
I went from 380 carbs in my TD to 650 in just 3 weeks as i proceed to my bulk season and first few days it wasn't so pleasant but now i bet i could eat 1000gr of carbs easy. Appetite and digestion can be trained too, if you start titrating up food volume your body will adapt.
I could eat easily 600gr of oats as far as appetite, but i wouldn't be able to digest it. Rice flour though, i eat 120-150gr per meal and it goes down easy and digests fast, so fast i have to add peanut butter and psyllium husks if it's away from training. White rice and potatoes too, you can leverage fruits and stuff like medjool dates. Way better than processed cereal.
An oatmeal hack for digestion is to ferment it overnight. Very easy on the gut. I ferment mine with Kefir and add a couple of prunes or dates to sweeten it up. V goodI could eat easily 600gr of oats as far as appetite, but i wouldn't be able to digest it.
Same dude it's kinda liberating
OK, no.
I have just read your posts and this is ridiculous, your reply to someone who called themselves "ugly"
Obviously not.
I suppose what you see and what others see is very different.
But, even for the bits of you hidden in the pictures (if that's what you are thinking about), everyone who knows you also knows that is far from being the case.
No matter what anyone says, if that's what's in your head, it is not going to change but, man, you calling yourself ugly is totally insane.
(P.S. also, don't say now that I am being "nice" because that would only prove my point further. Don't say you weren't warned...)

We’ve never seen his face. Only cock print and body. That might be enough for you but I’d need to see his face before making a decision.
Ive seen his bathroom decorating skills. I’m inclined to believe him.
Idk where to start with you hahah I will say you’re great at cheering me up after a horrible night of sleep and some morning pouting lolOK, no.

Maybe it’s the blue eyes
the face that looks like it was pummeled with a shovel
You’re just being nice
Honestly trial and error. Working with a coach so I honestly trust his discretion. I think the idea is push things pretty hard for 6 weeks then switch to some lighter compounds for the true growth phase. Granted I’m a hard client to work with, I’ll hit my macros no problem but they might consist of cereal and whey isolate lolThat’s a pretty aggressive rebound, what do you think are the benefits? I’ve been doing rebounds pretty conservatively,
so I’m interested in how the process differs.

But so far we’ve made a great team and I’m seeing some radical changes day after day. First attempt at a rebound as well.
Thanks man I appreciate your insight and it seems to lineup with the advice from a lot of other members. I’ll stop drinking paint and start eating some real food I suppose at least for the time beingOh cool first rebound is a lot of fun. Especially the beginning the strength and weight gain is crazy, with that gear too I bet it’s gonna be a big difference.
Well, I mean why push things during the rebound, then lower in the “true off-season”?
Bro fuck the bullshit foods, you can do better. You’re paying a coach for a real diet, get your money’s worth by doing the macros clean. Especially if you are gonna try and keep blood glucose in check, and digestion better in off season it might end up doing more harm than good even if it feels a bit easier to eat.
Anyways glad you found a coach that you work well with. It’s definitely a game changer! Hope the rebound goes well and looking forward to seeing the results
