It’s kinda strange that my arms are getting less vascular the more I lose? Could it be from low fat maybe? Or drugs too low? Unsure.

18k steps a day no high heart rate cardio.

Mainly just chicken potatoes rice lean beef and pineapple for desert twice a day. I'm addicted to pineapple bro. It's my candy
Nice progress, and you're not lying about pineapple after eating rice and meat all day a little pineapple tastes like heaven. I buy the little plastic fruit cups for kids so I can limit myself lol

I'm dieting on similar amounts of food but more protein 280g and less carbs 255g 28g fat. You eating the same cals everyday even on off days?
 
@PaintDrinker consider going low dose on accutane. I suffer from really bad acne too and with the addition of test it just got worse. My derm recommended me starting on low dose and see how my body reacts to it.

There are new studies that isotretinoin total consumption doesn't really matter and in NZ they're popularizing the low dose approach and see how the body reacts.

Started with 10mg daily for 1month, 10mg EOD for 1month, 10mg E3D and so on. Now at 10mg E5D and havent seen an acne for months now.

This might help your liver(isotretinoin's a nuke to the liver especially being on AAS we need every room we got for our liver)

What does your training look like at the moment, in terms of split and volume? Your transformation has been an inspiration for me :)

18-24 sets per lift. 6-8 movements 3 sets of 9-12 reps per movement. I'm actually getting stronger 2 months into a deficit on the lowest doses I've taken in years. I can't remember if I posted my latest labs on here I'll have to scroll up quick.

What do you do for liss cardio? Heart rate and settings if it’s a machine and such
