It’s carbs, it’s happening to me right right with no other changes in my protocolIt’s kinda strange that my arms are getting less vascular the more I lose? Could it be from low fat maybe? Or drugs too low? Unsure.
More likely low carbs probably - will come back twofold most lkely soon/ when you add carbs/kcal+ in again

18-24 sets per lift. 6-8 movements 3 sets of 9-12 reps per movement. I'm actually getting stronger 2 months into a deficit on the lowest doses I've taken in years. I can't remember if I posted my latest labs on here I'll have to scroll up quick.
