What up Meso!! I joined you’re ranks a week ago, since then I have been reading my ass off and have reached out to a member for some assistance, thanks BTW. I figured its time to come out from the shadows and give my respect to you all. I respect how Meso is conducted. It’s handled honestly, there is no bull shit you get what you give. That is my first impression of Meso, if your an ass you will be treated as such, if you give respect you get respect. The founders have done a great job building a solid knowledge based community. I have been looking for a rock solid, quality, ass kicking community for assistance and guidance. I have ran cycles, weather they were done correctly I am unsure but the results were real. I am by no means knowledgeable when it comes to gear, that is why I am here I want to run cycles correctly, effectively and healthy. I have goals as Im sure we all do! Others just need to be shown the ropes a little more than others. I hope people step up to the plate and are willing to give a hand.

Definitely, I have always worked out it’s my outlet, my time, I played college football that was when I first took PED’s but that was years ago I’am 35 now. About 3 years ago I was hospitalized for one week, 4 of the days were spent in the detox ward. I was preparing on to competing in my first NCP show, it was a good year down the road but I wanted to crush my first show. Well I developed rhabdomyolysis or more communally known as compartment syndrome in my quads. My aspirations were put on the back burner; tell a year ago last May. I competed in my first NCP show and rocked that shit, won my weight class (middle) and was runner up for overall. Iam 5’9 came in at 168 LBs with a 4 % body fat, my gluts were striated! I trained for a good year and a half solid all clean.

After the show I took some time off I was b/t jobs and was focused on settling in on my new job, before I could really get my drive and gym focus acclimated to my new job schedule. After competing in the show and saw the outcome of my hard work I thought what if I had taken PED’s? I gave it a long thought and well here I am.

I am currently sitting at 210 LBS my body fat lol well has shot up…fml it’s probably around 12-15% now. Been steadily hitting the gym hard and just finished a cycle of Methan 50mg, Sust 270, Deca 250, Clomiphene, HCG Pregnyl. I am looking to plot out my next cycle and knew if I am going to do this I need to have some support and definitely guidance from gym rats like myself, but who have knowledge of proper cycle use and development. I would like to see myself pack on more size and back on stage but wining the overall this time.
 
Very nice intro bro. Seems like you know your shit pretty well. You will fit in nicely around here. Their is tons of info an no shortage on much more knowledgeable people than I am here. Stick around an I'm sure you will be making friends in no time. Start threads, ask questions, give advice when you can an you'll do just fine. MESO is the best forum around for unsugarcoated reviews an answers to all of the questions you might have. People tell it like it is an that's why I love this place. I hope you have thick skin an a since of humor because you'll need it. Let me give you a little bit of advice as well an dont take this as me being a dick. Im in no way trying to come off as such. Im only trying to help an clue you in on whats up around here. Don't take shit to personal an treat people the way you would like to be treated. Also don't straight up ask for a hand out or a hook up for a source. We call that spoon feeding an it will not be tolerated. If you don't already have one this is the place to RESEARCH them own your own. This is by no means a SOURCE board an its not intended to be. It is infact the best REVIEW board you will find around though hands down. All the info you need or want to know is now at your finger tips. We have all had to do it as will you to. You can find anything your looking for from training, dieting, supplementing an so on. As long as your willing to dig hard enough for it you will find it. Now that you're 210, do you ever wanna go back to sub 170 or even close to that low of bodyfat again?! Im the same height, and I know once I broke 200 i knew I would never dip below it again! Then again I don't compete.

How's pct/gain retention going?

Thanks! I would like to getting back on stage I’ll definitely have to drp my bodyfat again. The last week was the biggest pain in the ass cutting the water weight. Ttricking the body to deplete its self of water weight, along with all the asparagus and dandelion extract to help with the depleting. All I would do is piss. But the goal is to not have to drp sup 170 anymore! with the help of MESO, So no I refuse to drp that low again if and when I do go back and I end up dropping sup 170 to achieve the acquired look then I failed at my dieting,workouts and cycling. If I could get back to 6-7% bodyfat so the abs come back out that definitely would be nice, women love that shit. I do like where I am at, shedding some of this body fat would be nice.

Taking my Flintstone Pills ever day lol (clomiphene) the PCT/gain retention is retaining, imagine ill drp a few reps here and there, along with some size, but it’s to be expected.
