PCT after 10 months ON

From my experience AAS amplify what a person already has.

You can call it neurochemistry, that's why many experiences of people here are anecdotal but effects of the substance can also be grouped as they obviously have a target, although each experience vary.

Another thing I think is that, the more targeted and anabolic the substance, and dose, the higher those effects but also the own price in term of personality one pays with it, potentially sacrificing other aspects of life in favor of training/physique.

It's my choice from the beginning to only stick to safer substances here and in moderation, as I've other objective beside a good looking physique, and I'm happy to take a good looking or very good looking, as opposed to a incredible looking but having sacrificed other aspects of my life.

So my experience is limited, to Test, Dbol and Var. Dbol is the one I've had most issues with and running normal/decent doses of it, as a cycle especially, has increased my HRV, stress, lowered my sleep so I decided to use it sporadically at lower doses. and mostly to increse glycogen to have a base help the Test.

For example Test makes me feel stable. I'm more alert, yes, I do periods as bridges, but: my energy is high, I'm even slighly more sociable, I can also don't sleep as much, mentally I'm slightly more on edge but I can taper it down with some supplements, to sleep for example. My think is maybe slightly affected (less rationalising certain things, but that's less than 10% for sure of what used to be) and sometimes comes as a positive too net. While for example on Dbol this was too much, with too much crash and burn.

So only running these I understand some of your words. Altought I'd say it differs from substance, you've been running quite a few, which is this combo to stack but maybe you don't know what causes what and it's easier to get lost and then find solutions. Maybe the turtle who goes slower is the best approach here, and in some areas of your life, than the rabbit who tries to overoptimise then crash and burn and at the end arrives as the turtle, but demoralized (and cycle again? lol, "there must be a solution" maybe you can relate). Especially if it's not your craft/primary thing, maybe is not worth it overall. Just stick to simple. You can always feel like you can do 20/30% more, but use that for longevity instead
