PCT For Test 400

New to the forums. I have a gym buddy who gets pharma test400. I've only done pro hormones (3 cycles) in the past and I'm well past pct from my last cycle. This will be my first inject. I'm gonna be doing 400mg every week for probably 10-12 weeks split mon/thurs. My main concern is PCT. I know where to get clomid, nolva and an AI. However never done HCG only read up on it. So where's a legit site for HCG?
When do I start PCT for test400 for a 10-12 weeks cycle and how do I throw HCG in the mix as in what dosage and when to start HCG? Is HCG necessary? I've heard both yes and no.

Since you have a doctor's appointment anyway, why not ask him/her if will offer ASIH treatment/monitoring (clomid/nolvadex and/or hCG + labs) after you finish your steroid cycle?

What's the worst that could happen? Your doc says no, laughs at you and proceeds to lecture you?

I always think its worth a shot attempting to initiate such a dialogue. You will likely be disappointed. But you never know. He may actually be concerned about your health and minimizing any potential harm.
