I think the pens are great But the numbers have to be too. If it takes 6 iu a day and x that by 30 and you have 180... Think about two years of that on your pockets.

Liv 52 in the states is called Liver Care made by Himalaya they sell it at Vitamin Shoppe. From my experience, it is way better than milk thistle.

Actually, Liv52 isn't the same supplement as liver care, although both manufactured by Himalaya, they aren't the exact same thing...
