@rocketbunny issue its the AUSTRALIA side all we know how hard it is to get there..
and we reshipped the order 3 or 4 times we didnt give up until it full arives with second part last time we contacted last week at AU the order was at melburne airport is that correct rocket did you called confirmed etc?also did they get any seizure letter??
Now for the davids order its left 24/11 and right now its in usps hands usps have dellay in deliver it right now and i asked to make a call to ensure and ask it probably never happened..so i think also USPS delivery its not in my hands at all i cant to something in that part...
As for the rocket in case didnt solve 4 packs didnt arrived he will get rest of hes money back we dont target to eat hes money and 4 reships are not easy at all but we must ensure he got what he ordered or he will be refunded.

Every other time it was claimed to be missing or didn't make it but no proof it was actually sent
The tracking doesn't work and gives no updates
I was told when I paid I would have my order in 7-9.days and was no chance of getting seized

Bummer Australia has some of the toughest customs...even tougher than the USA I got to say. However I don't think sources should be using that as an excuse really for all the fuckups on their part.
If 3 out of 4 packs are getting picked, a wise business decision would to be to quit sending to AUS. But gotta squeeze that money out eh?
Yep..and make excuses. It is bad enough @rocketbunny got faked tracking info as well, which surely is a red flag.
Certainly doing business with users in Australia is tough indeed I bet.
Wouldn't be surprised if Aus customs agents are on the sly taking the gear for their own use...

last track right now was land to melburne the track is still active with infos when left from greece etc everything..and we asked a call to ensure they dont dellay to melburne becouse at phone they didnt claimed the parcel had been seized this time...
I know its a big lost but i accepted to send him gear and now i have to send all his order until received or pay back the reast thats how it works i dont ripp rocketbunny off i didnt told him ah you have "hard customs" so i dont send anymore i dont care etc...
The weird that period is that in aust with TNT and elta shipping same week landed 5/5 parcels with 10 GH pens each one so when rocket inquired i accepted to sent him and reship also..
I know many sources say ship to australia with your own responsebility or dont ship at all but i dont...

The tracking is active and with a call to central offices confirmes parcel landed at melburne better dont talk for this if you dont know.it was any fake or something tracking was working 100%
And for usps that dont give tracks step last month its their problem and not our problem we cant update their database they have to fix it..
