This is my first time actually doing pct after a cycle. I’m taking a 40/20 Nolva and arimidex ratio. Thoughts? I did a test e cycle for way too long for like 4 months lol any pointers helps.

You’re taking 20mg of Arimidex!? I hope that’s a typo. Quick question... why did you wait until you started pct to ask how to run a pct? You should have everything lined up before you even start your cycle.
