I've not been involved in this Bruce fuck fest besides him posting once in my log.
He said he sent his payment, not payment(s) via Western Union correct?? I've been lead to believe via the instructions on PEP's website that payment over $299 must be sent in multiple payments or via Money Gram. I'm just sayin', this is what pops out to me, maybe that's not set in stone, I don't know. All I know is that if I had sent payment and not gotten my gear I wouldn't be forgetting a detail like that in my explication and efforts to get my stuff??
This guys anger seems legit, his story doesn't. You guys are completely on point that he has a past here.
All this floater business aside temporarily, PEP treated me like a king when ordering, honored a promo based on me placing another order when product arrived back in stock. He sent me 6 vials of product on trust having never received an order from me, and me not having any reputation here.
When I did order the 2nd half of my stuff it was shipped a couple days late and he doubled it!
My .02 cents is that this behavior doesn't equal selective scammer.
Lastly, I'd like to throw in my vote to get some more info on your setup PEP. My gear was all free of floaters and percentage wise it's a minuscule amount with contaminants but possibly injecting a foreign particulate deep into my muscles, that's some scary shit!
I was just blown away that I didn't get scammed my first time in the UGL scene, I half expected to loose my $$. I think PEP's service goes a LONG way but as we've seen, a lapse in quality control negates all the great things about PEP in most peoples eyes.

I think everyone is more interested in seeing YOUR filtering equipment pep. Rather than filtering cheap visibly contaminated gear themselves. Why is that so difficult?
