Permanent damage to HPTA

Yes like many guys here trying to recover after years of heavy use, resting little between cycles, blasting deca, npp and tren, etc

What about if I cycle 12 weeks once per year? I have been doing that, so It's not like "yeah that's the beginning, you will be blasting much more soon" No, I am not doing that.

Also, I only do test and DHT derivatives (mast, prov, oxa)
Most of my mates do this. 12 weeks on, 12 month off.

I said it time and time again. I don't think it matters what your levels are AS LONG AS IT IS ADEQUATE FOR YOUR BODY. Having a level of ~400 and feeling fantastic with no symptoms should be fine, but it depends on who you are. I personally felt like crap but that could be the right level for someone else. It's individual.

"Use it or lose it" of course permanent damage is done the more you cycle.

Yeah but you did B&C for years and then recover up to 700s naturally, didn't you?

How are you now btw?

i did. A recent test saw a drop to ~600 but i was drinking heavily and taking so many drugs lol.

I'm doing good man cheers. How's things with you amigo?

Well, 600 is at least enough, and there's room for improvement.

I am now 1.5 weeks into my cutting cycle, getting used to the macros and dropping weight slowly but consistently. I am using 500 testC + 400 MastE + Oxa 30mg/ED. My plan is 10 weeks.

I am already happy about my body, this is gonna be having fun and making much better and nicer what I already have.

As always worried about long-term consequences, but for the way I am doing it, I objectively find it unlikely, this is being 12months after last cycle...

Your success at retuning to full HPTA function will most likely fade over time. Just a factor of life. Your body starts producing less test regardless. Throwing in juice won’t do it any favors.

Yeah I see that, but I feel like there is a number of cycles, depending also on your age, you can do without any long-term endogenous production consequences.

But that number is difffent for everyone and we’ll never know why. Because what it takes some one person to recover isn’t the same as someone else. Some people may be over-PCTing, some under, some doing it just right even if the protocol is identical.

I believe a more important variable than the pct protocol is the time off, when there is no any drug in your system.

Do you guys feel that someone will recover to their "baseline" whatever that may be given enough time off?

EX: someone does a proper PCT and gets back to baseline in two months, if that same person didn't PCT would they still get to the same level just at a later date?

just curious on the thoughts on this.

I wouldn't fuck with severe testicular shrinkage. Maybe those cells never go back
