Pharmaceutical grade E/C/A stack?

Since my favorite preworkout energy booster speed stack doesnt have ephedra anymore i did the next best thing.I bought some ephedrine hcl at the gas station but it also has 200 mgs of something called GUAIFENESIN in there along with 25 mgs of ephedrine.For caffeine i bought No-Doz which has 200 mgs per caplet and also aspirin which is 325 mgs per tablet.How should i combine all three preworkout???

I've been using this combo from day 1. I have never used premade. It's so much cheaper this way and way better. The 200 mg of GUAIFENESIN is nothing to worry about its a natural decongestant. I usually only take half an asprin though as too much is not good

No 1 ephedrine, 1 Caffine (which 1 no doz has way more caffeine than your herbal stuff), and 1 asprine, but like I said I only take a half an asprine.

Bro's ephedrine has not been available without a prescription in the UK for years but It can be bought very cheaply from any good source. Don't worry, I'm sure your sources will be carrying ephedrine for pakistan or India soon!!

Desi, drop the aspirin. The guafinisin stuff is an expectorant. Its added to ephedrine to that you throw up before you could ever take enough ephedrine to cause OD problems. Also, I think it makes it much more difficult to make meth out of the eph/guaf product.

You must live in a non-banned state. Here in cali it's a controlled substance but as far as I know some stores still sell it despite this. My buddy just bought an effedrine drink from gold's a few days ago. I think that's hella cool that some places don't give a f*ck. That ban is bullsh*t. Many states just made a law that limited the max dose to 25 or 30 mgs which is what it was anyway so nothing changes. I think a lot of it had to do w/people making meth out of it. Oh yeah and the asprins worthless. They stopped putting it in weight loss formulas a while back.

Why is aspirin used in the ECA stack? i know both ephedrine n caffeine are stimulants but what does the aspirin do? also ive seen some folks only do the EC part of the combo but leave the aspirin out? any info appreciated.

Ok, Good question let me refer back to my good old sport supplement review 3rd addition...Umm I thought it would be in there but I didn't find any good explaination. The way I understood it was it thins your blood slightly allowing for more fat mobilization or something like that. It did say that it can accually be better to use white willow bark instead of aspirin because it's good for your digestive tract as opposed to have the tendancy to irritate it. But like I said I think the eca stack is a thing of the past.

Naw, not at 200mgs anyway. I'm using that stuff right now. It's an old bottle that I had sitting around for years. I didn't really want to use it cause the guaifenesin but now it's all I have left. It's like expired by over a year but it still works the same. In fact the guaifenesin will open up your lungs and you'll breath better through your workout.

Desi, the guaf wont be any problem at all, dont let it concern you. Its there so you dont overdose. Thats bad.

I avoid aspirin in EC and for painkilling simply because its a shity product. The number of health problems associated with aspirin is simply far too high for me to risk using it, even on a short term basis. Plus, the reported benefits for aspirin in an EC stack have not been shown other than in like one or two studies. Other studies have shown it has zero effect.

Ephedrine stimulates norepinephrine release, which stimulates synthesis of prostaglandins in the activated tissues. prostaglandins serve as prejunctional inhibitors. Aspirin prevents synthesis of prostaglandins, which prevents the inhibition/decreased release of norepinephrine.
Ephedrine, like I said before, stimulates the release of norepinephrine, which stimulates the release of adenosine. Adenosine serves as a prejunctional inhibitor of norepinephrine. caffeine exerts an antagonistic effect on adenosine and thus further potentiates the release of norepinephrine. Aspirin also thins the blood, and in conjunction with the vasodilation caused by ephedrine, can "speed up" blood flow....the bronchodilation caused by ephedrine/guaifenesin allows for more oxygen intake/CO2 release per respiration. The thinner blood further enhances this process by more quickly carrying O2 to tissues(muscles being worked) and CO2 away from tissues.

You can still purchase it OTC from pharmacies as ephedrine sulfate capsules (you might get a dirty look from your pharmacist, but it is OTC). Guafenesin draws water into your muccosal tissues in order to relieve chest congestion. Even at a low dose, that is just that much more water you have to drink. Why go through it?

Actuallly there were some neat studies posted on cuttingedgemuscle about the fat burning qualites of asprin. Apparently they are pretty high when used with EC.
