My question to @Darius PharmacomStore why can't you/pharmacom store's lab dose their product correctly?

We do Sir, out of 19 lab results from AnabolicLab.com only 2 or 3 had +/-10% deviations from which, the injectable Anadrol had the "worst" results, of -24%.
Sending 2 additional vials for testing showed -7% and -2% from the same batch.

I keep mentioning AnabolicLab and SIMEC because you guys keep refusing on testing our products for free, on our expense .... at other independent lab facilities you guys choose, gear purchased from random orders you made or will make in the future.

Many of you want Pharmacom out, unfortunately you won't be the ones to influence that ... but if you indeed think you have the truth on your side why not harm and damage our reputation on our own money? TEST OUR PRODUCTS ON OUR EXPENSE !!! this offer is active since 2016 but TOO FEW have used it ...

If all these ridiculous complaints would have been backed up by SOLID PROOFS this would have been game over for some time now and we would have been left with nothing more to comment.

All you do is keep bragging that you are part of this great community, which is different from the rest , where sources are indeed put with the face against the wall, where extensive investigations are launched and where nothing can be hidden ....but from all your Pharmacom orders you couldn't put together 10 samples from random purchases to send them all at once to several LABS of your choice for FULL analytical testing on our expense .... !!!!???!?!?!?!?!?!

RIGHT, just because you are MESO, we expected from you guys a different approach, a rational one, backed up by solid incontestable proofs ... which are pretty easy to get considering the terms we propose...

There are guys brewing in their basements that can dose more accurately than you have it seems.

AnabolicLab could add a new section strictly for these basement or bathtub operations and we can maybe assess your statement in the future.

Also, I'm sure if they get a result out of the normal range they will show the same level of transparency as us, confronting the online community, trying to fix or find a solution for the problems that may occur.

Did you guys ever made a report of the big UGL market in general to see if any other lab/source existing on this planet does the things we do at our scale ? .... also, in terms of online interraction, lab testing offers or product innovations?

What are your expectations from a big UGL, let's say the top 10 in the world? Have you seen anything superior or better implemented with other big manufacturers?

We have under close scrutiny all our competitors, probably 4 or 5 in the world comparable with us at the moment in terms of resources and technology and we are one of the safest bets this industry has to offer at the moment.

The most intelligent man I have ever met, in terms of customer relations and assuring repeat business taught me one line, that forever stuck with me... Regardless of why the customer is mad, simply say "I apologize and understand the frustration, what can we do to make this right?"

Sir, that is something I cannot argue with from a psychological point of view. Being humble can indeed be a winning strategy for the vendor most of the times.

However, there are specific moments, like this thread for example, where things distort without proofs and a different attitude is needed to step in.

Also, as a small addition to your customer service advice, there are also those rare cases when the product is really really good and demanded within its niche that it becomes irrelevant if the front desk employee is a dick or let's say he has a strong personality ... business will still perform.

I personally believe a variance of +- 5% is some what acceptable depending on product and dose. That's just my opinion though.

I was under the impression you would not accept any other independent labs? You say you are and have given this option? And you will pay for the testing? If that's what you are offering then it's up to the buyer to take advantage of that AND backup their claims.

AnabolicLab does test "basement" brewers. They have in the past. There have been a few private labs tested fromr SIMEC and they are one or two men operations.

I've never made a report but I've been around a long time and I've seen many labs like yourself that make these claims and then they get busted and we see how they keep their raw powders and equipment. Horrible storage conditions. Not saying you do that. But, it does happen.

It's a shame you had to endure our products for so long and keep purchasing them until you finally reached a conclusion .... some other experienced members like the OP can make a quality assessment after only 1 purchase.

Maybe the whole community can contribute in a constructive manner to a standard common protocol you can all share of how a customer can find out if his products are good or bad just after the first 1-2 purchases .... maybe to search for a lab/source who pays customers to test their products to independent labs or who give store credit for sharing bloods would be a good starting point ... just saying ....

AnabolicLab via SIMEC published 19 analyses of our products so far.
From those, I think 2 or 3 had indeed deviations of more than +/- 10%.

Our worst result by far was the injectable Anadrol, mentioned above, with -24% active substance, published on 9 May 2016.

Actual content: Pharmacom Labs PHARMA Oxy 50 was determined to have actual content of 37.9 mg/ml oxymetholone.



Radio silence? Absolutely, I prefer to be silent but efficient over demagogy and no results/facts.

What did we do after this AnabolicLab/SIMEC result?
Sent 2 more vials from the same batch for testing.

Results?

1. - 49.2mg/ml

2. - 45.7mg/ml

Results verifiable by requesting an authenticity report for C 44458 and C 44293 to SIMEC.
