I have to pay an additional $110 on top of the original $180 for 4 vials bc I wasn’t aware of the issues with the China warehouse at time of purchase and they refuse to ship from a different warehouse.

Oddly I'm in Canada and had 2 packages clear from China in the last 2 months....
1st order and the missed items from that. Just cleared.

I hope they make it right.... But it's unfair to say it's higher when it isn't always that way.

You made the choice.
Risk vs reward. You stated that you already had multiple re-ship attempts so it sounds like the source ALREADY did a lot for you (and ate the cost at a loss to them).

I read your post as a compliment to the source because it proves the source did and is trying to work to make things good for you -- re-ships already sent (you state), then an offer that you can pay the cost difference to get ANOTHER re-ship from the Premium EU warehouse etc.

Looks like you are getting a lot of attention, service, communication, and the source is going out of their way to work with you.

Research and reading would have shown you there are risks shipping from Asia -- it has been discussed at great length in this thread alone.
Also, the terms clearly state reships come from he SAME warehouse where the original purchase was made (this is because the different warehouse function separately and have different operational costs etc -- it is not special just for you).

See point #9 in the terms below (see quote). This has been posted and discussed MANY times. And, recently you can see a lot of discussion regarding increased seizures which lead to the company moving to Europe as the new main warehouse.

Also, we often organize different promo offers in this section!

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and conditions may differ depending on which section of our store you place the order. Please read the "TERMS" and "FAQ" in the section of our store where you are going to place an order! However, there are common conditions as follows:

1. Orders may only be processed through our store via the site checkout.

2. Once you have placed an order, you will have 5 days to make a payment and submit the payment information into your account. If you fail to do so, your order will be automatically deleted after 5 days.

3. When using WU or MG as payment option you should use your real name and ID information to be sure you will be able to withdraw your funds in case of any issues. Otherwise we take no responsibility for loss of your funds.

4. After you placed an order you will receive an e-mail order confirmation, which will include your order number, specification of your order and order total as well as payment info.

5. Order cancellations after the payment has been processed are not accepted. We do not refund funds for any reasons including but not restricted to the following cases:
a) you paid for your order, but changed your mind
b) your order has been seized.

6. When you have received your package, you are obligated to take video of the unpacking process to be used as evidence in the event of any issue or dispute. Without this documentation we will not be liable for any complaints (missing or damaged items, etc.); this is because without proof we are not able to determine whether a complaint is legitimate or if, in an attempt to scam us, it was staged and did not occur until after the package was received.

7. If you have received a parcel with damaged items, we will ONLY reship those specific damaged items (provided that you can provide evidence of the unpacking and the damaged items as described in term 6 above).

8. In case of a seizure, orders to the USA are reshipped for the second time free of charge, if seizure or loss are obvious. If tracking number says - delivered, we shall not be liable for any losses, unless you have other trustworthy evidences of a seizure/loss (photo of seizure letter, etc.). Reshipping of a seized/lost package occurs no earlier than one month after the first package has been shipped, unless trustworthy evidences are provided earlier.

9. In case of a seizure, orders placed in our international warehouse are reshipped only from the same warehouse. Reshipping from domestic warehouse is not possible.

10. Orders to Australia, Canada and Europe placed in our international warehouse will be not reshipped in case of seizures! If you are from one of these regions we highly recommend you to choose a discreet shipping.

11. If you haven`t claimed your package for some reason within the due time span and it is shipped back, we shall not be liable for any losses; Unclaimed packages are not reshipped.

12. Please double check the information you submit to us. We shall not be liable for any misdelivery due to inaccurate information. If any wrong information or mistakes in receiver’s address are provided then the mistake is not our responsibility. We assure you that all necessary information in its entirety is accurately forwarded to the postal service.

THE REFERRALS SYSTEM

To participate in our referral system, you need only to invite new customers by using your personal reference link, which you find in your account >> dashboard >> referrals.

Send this link to your friends/colleagues, etc. After a new customer signs up he will be your referral!

For each order made by each of your referrals you get a reward equal to 5% of the order total of your referral. Your reward will be transferred to your account only after your referral`s order is paid and shipped!

There are no limits here! You can invite as many referrals as you want.

Here is an example if you invited 3 people:
Person 1 placed an order worth 300$. Your reward would be 300 * 5% = 15$

Basicstero already did make it right.

Terms state one free re-ship from the same warehouse as the original order.
This has been posted, discussed, and is in the terms here and on the website -- its been this way for years! This customer made a choice and now wants a different service than for that which he paid.

The guy bitching has admitted there was such a re-ship.
So the source already did it's part. I Am not even sure by the posts, but maybe multiple re-ships? Regardless, the source kept its promise and clearly did a re-ship.

THEN, it sounds like the source went above and beyond and offered another solution.

Therefore, Basicstero's integrity is proven by this customer's own posts; now, lets see if the customer will also have integrity instead of just bashing a source that already kept it;s end of the deal, attempted solutions at the sources expense, been in communication, and has offered additional options/help.

I think the source should make it known when ordering that a warehouse, that typically had a relatively high success rate through east coast customs with stealth shipping, has had some sort of issue with their shipping methods leading to a drastically higher number of seizures. Whether that be an email or a warning when ordering so the costumer can make a better informed decision on which warehouse to use. I was not aware of the issues/risk of ordering from the China warehouse. I assumed having ordered from the source before, I shouldn’t have to check meso rx or other boards that they aren’t having shipping issues.

Not just in regards to this specific source, but in general, about any and all potential sources as well as any recent legal info or even health info/research.

The source has thoroughly communicated that there is a greater potential of seizure from Asia compared to the other warehouse options. Even the news on the source's website explain the need to transition to Europe recently.
Also, details of re-ship policy are clear in the source's terms (available on all boards and on the source's website).
Finally, pure logic itself would allow you to know there is greater risk from China (or why would there be most expensive premium services).

Look man, I could be a lot harder on you (and maybe you need someone to be) but you would just think I am arguing.
But I am not trying to break your balls or give you a hard time.

You have to do something on your end, your part, to at least read terms and stay up with news etc.
Again, to be clear, with ANY source.
This is not the lifestyle of hobby to take anything for granted.
Stay up to date and current and actively research so you make informed choices.

But in your case, everything is as usual, there is always a greater risk of seizure for Asia even on the east coast. You are not the first one ever to get seized.
This is not new and not unique to any one source.
And, as I said before, it has all been talked about in great lengths -- not at all difficult to find such info.

IF the source was generous enough to make a compromise AFTER they already sent free re-ship(s), then work with Basicstero and get the deal done.

I just do not understand how you bash a good source that did everything it promised, sent free re-ship at their expense, continues to communicate with you, and even offered another option.

Basicstero is already going above and beyond to make up for your lack of effort regarding making the most informed choice you could have made.

If it were myself, I would be appreciative, work out a deal to get yet ANOTHER re-ship, and say THANK YOU to the source for being willing and generous to find a solution just for you after they already fulfilled their obligations.

There is a certain time period a year where customs is nuts. I know when to avoid ordering.
Believe it or not, my reship I had in January was from July of last year.
Just because I wanted to make sure I'd get my package.

Kinda a hard trade off in all things.
But there is risk to importing you have to be aware of.

Unable to successfully ship packs from China. Has had 2 seizures now. Refuses to reship from Europe unless I pay $110 for 4 vials of test. What a joke. Why would they accept orders for the China warehouse/reship from China if they know this is an issue? Originally placed order 2 months ago and almost out of test at this point. These were conditions of our international warehouse. As per conditions reshipping is guaranteed only once, if a seizure occurs. It is written in large red letters right on the checkout page, where you specifically confirm that you agrees with these conditions, otherwise you can not proceed forwards and checkout. If you do not agree, we do not force to place orders. Despite this we always do more than we have to as per conditions.

In February there were new year holidays in China and we did not ship half of the month. After new orders were shipped we started getting more complains about seizures. I personally mentioned it on this board, that number of seizures from China increased lately.
And yes, we offer reshipping from China, but in our most discreet form, which has higher success rate than non-discreet way. On top of this we try some new things, so we have much hope that newly reshipped orders will pass through with the new revised shipping way. We will see.
Finally, just to make it clear for all. All newly placed orders are no longer shipped from China. If you order from Our international warehouse, we ship your order from Europe with minimum seizure risk.

Update regarding our promotion:
since promo was running for all payment options, our receivers for Western Union/MoneyGram transfers ran into limits and can not pick up payments in February at all and many just get refusals from WU for numerous transfers within short period.

Does anyone have experience with the SP Labs HCG from the EU warehouse? Wondering if it’s worth waiting a month for the Pregnyl hcg in domestic..

If Pharma didn't think there was a problem before the holidays and the seizure rate was less than 10% why were there already plans to stop shipping from the Chinese warehouse and make the main one in the UE? The reason given was because of the "increase in seizures from the Chinese warehouse." Unfortunately I didn't see that before I placed my order. Think you might want to rethink the way you are responding to these and this info was important enough to put a popup during checkout to warn us.
I have been using Pharmacom for well over a year. Placing 1-2 orders per month over 20 orders in total with each order being shipped in multiple packages. Never had a seizure. Now I have had 6 out of 9 packages seized that I ordered before the chinese new year. Half shipped before and half after. All were placed in 2 or 3 days to take advantage of the sale. The only things that have made it through are the labels to replace stealth packaging and some clen. All anabolic orals and oils have been seized. Seven out of 9 were pulled into customs opened and inspected. No idea why they let the clen through. I really see no reason to have it reshipped from China when the seizure rate on my last 4 orders equates to almost 80%. I would think that something like store credit could be offered in one of the other warehouses.
I am waiting to receive letters from customs on 2 other packages and then I will make contact and see what happens. Been happy with the products I have been getting and always recommended Pharmacom. We'll see how this goes.
