Hi guys,
we receive many emails recently from concerned customers regarding their tracking numbers.

After we transferred warehouses and launched promotion (which is still running, by the way), new EU-based warehouse has enjoyed great success. But because of all the positive interest, there were some delays. Honestly, we were not ready and did not have enough man-power.

As a result, we have now hired additional staff to better service the increase in business and improve processing times.

I uploaded many tracking numbers today. Also most of orders were dispatched, we are just expecting tracking numbers.
All currently placed orders should be processed without delays.
Please do not worry, we are doing our best.

An additional device to speed up processing your order is using bitcoin or other cryptocurrency as payment option. Such orders are processed within hours, whereas Western Union and MoneyGram cause a real headache lately and may require up to 3-5 days for pick-up due to independent on us reasons.
 
Regarding Tracking (I will say it again for the guys in the back row that may have missed it the many other times -- and because I get a lot of PMs asking):

In my experience, usually tracking is not uploaded until the pack leaves the country where the warehouse is located and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks.

Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.

I am here to help EVERYONE (even in other threads/sources -- I am friends with many here -- I am a part of the community and happy to help; likewise, I appreciate people here whom have helped me).

With that said please understand,
I have no way to see accounts/orders, or any other customer personal info -- I only see what you or any other customer can see
(this is a good thing though, that the company only allows a specific person ability to access info for customer security reasons :)).

Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past many people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered it to spam.

Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
There are MANY boards and reps posting on are mostly relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to even see private account and order information.
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.

The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

Last pack did the same but just showed up, never showed any tracking, just showed ‘left ISC.

This whole excuse of “ we are under manned and haven’t sent your package a week plus after you paid for it” is getting kinda old
 
Important update regarding shipping terms from our EU-based warehouse:
To ensure safety of our shippers who are risking their freedom we will upload tracking numbers not earlier than 7 days after an order is actually shipped.
This does NOT mean orders will be delayed. It does not have any impact on the processing/shipping time. Orders will be on the way; we will just upload tracking info only after 7 days.

After switching to our EU-based warehouse as the default one we had some delays with order processing due no increased number of orders. However, we took all measures and hired new staff. Current orders are processed without delays.

Also, please be aware that Saturday and Sunday of each week are day offs. Packages can not be shipped at weekend, cause postal service is not working.

Regarding seizures. You should be aware of it as well. Among all (hundreds) packages shipped in February we have 11 packages stuck as sorting facilities in the USA for over 8 days. We are not sure, whether they are just waiting in a queue or it might be a seizure. It is too early to judge yet. Even is seized, the seizure rate is less than 1% from the total turnover.
