No i dont think you will find it like this but you should also think that i will not post my order number here... im waiting from you to guide me in the direction i should take to find the answer of my question that all.
you just needed to use the contacts page on our site to contact our support directly.
Also, after you sent order nrs in pm i checked and both were confirmed at the same time. I do not know, why do you think only one of them is confirmed.

Keep in mind, order status can be checked in your account dashboard.
Simply log into the warehouse where you placed the order(s), and navigate to "dashboard" >> "Orders" >> then you will see a list of your orders , the current status, and can select an order to see additional details.

Hi guys,
we receive many emails recently from concerned customers regarding their tracking numbers.
After we transferred warehouses and launched promotion (which is still running, by the way), new EU-based warehouse has enjoyed great success. But because of all the positive interest, there were some delays. Honestly, we were not ready and did not have enough man-power.
As a result, we have now hired additional staff to better service the increase in business and improve processing times.
I uploaded many tracking numbers today. Also most of orders were dispatched, we are just expecting tracking numbers.
All currently placed orders should be processed without delays.
Please do not worry, we are doing our best.
An additional device to speed up processing your order is using bitcoin or other cryptocurrency as payment option. Such orders are processed within hours, whereas Western Union and MoneyGram cause a real headache lately and may require up to 3-5 days for pick-up due to independent on us reasons.
Awesome news! You guys are doing awesome, keep up the good work. Also @RThoads is really working hard here on meso and really making a good name for basic. I am glad to hear that business going good and you are growing.

They need to add the ability to attach files. Would stream line things when there are problems. Customer service responds from emails that do not accept incoming emails. Makes things difficult.

In my experience, usually tracking is not uploaded until the pack leaves the destination country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks.

Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
