I really understand the feedback from pharmacom and I also agree that the difference from the label claim to the real content dosnt have a big impact.. but a ugl lab which presents itself as a high quality brand which is pretty similar to pharma grade gear I simply expect that the content is exactly the same as the label indicates. Simple or?
Furthermore PC just gives an official announcement that the mixture has changed AFTER the lab test results are been officialized. Not very professional in my opinion.

Also I've got dated photo evidence that all bottles I've bought within the past 2 yeArs of PHARMANOLT had the wrong labels. Must've had A LOT of old labels. "Pharma grade gear, (UGL LABELING)"
 
I agree and also see where they are coming from
but still no need for anyone to be accusatory and rude quoting me -- coming at me as there was some great conspiracy discovered and demanding answers -- we can simply discus the topic respectfully like grown men.

However, that is why the source has offered the product with old labels at a deep discount as an apology and compensation to anyone that is bothered by old labels.

Nonetheless, the website reflects the NEW formulation which I believe is better and anyone making a purchase can see that info on the site.
Also, we had numerous discussions and posts about this already so anyone that does research would have already seen it is an oold topic which has been resolved.
Finally, the HPLC result itself actually confirms Pharmacom put out a GOOD product because it clearly hit the new formula targets and gives 300 mg/mL as both old and new labels claim.
There is ZERO chance of any "cutting corners" or being cheap or anything on the source's end o the final product would not yield such accurate results (hitting the new formulation and clearly giving 300mg/mL total).

Homie I'm attacking the company's decision not you.

Me personally no except this one. Im waiting a month exactly since i place my order. Never happen this before so im a bit worried and i compete in 8 weeks. I need my tren and masteron for the last 4 weeks shit!

@heavylifter87 it is not conclusive yet if the pack is seized. sounds like it has only been a few weeks (if it is the tracking Frank mentioned to me a few days ago, then it has been in the US for half that time -- my apology, I can not get too specific about times).

I personally have had packs take longer than 4 weeks and make it (from the old warehouse).

With another popular source, and someone I consider a friend, on this board (not basicstero), I had a pack sit at ISC for 5 weeks...
the source had offered a re-ship and I declined and said i'd give it a little more time and see if I get a letter.
At the end of 6 weeks, the day I was about to email and ask for the offered re-ship, literally minutes before I sent the email I checked one last time and that day tracking updated.
So I emailed him and said it updated. One week after that (end of 7 weeks) it arrived and all was fine -- ZERO damage to pack and no sign it had even been opened.

The thing about the ISC (sorting center) is that they throw all the pack into big bins and then it waits but without urgency and some may wait much longer than others.
My worry would be more that it get lost, than gets seized.
Then, hopefully they get to it, find it or whatever, and it starts moving again.

I often have orders that are split across multipel packs; in some cases I literally get one half in a couple weeks and the other weeks (2+) later even though the source shipped all at the very same time.

Finally, keep in mind that the total time he mad mentioned is NOT how long the pack is at the ISC or in customs etc -- there may have been a delay from the source in sending it out (so say if the source took a week, i dunno), then the origin country has its sorting center and out-going customs, then the actual shipping to another continent, and FINALLY it will be in a US ISC and then go to customs.
Lastly, it travels from the sorting center to a major hub and out to the nearest hub to the local post office.

So we would have to see what step there is a delay and how long has it been at that step.

I recently had one sit at the ISC for over 2 weeks, but then once it updated, it dated the next step as 3 days after the ISC step... I am not sure how or why. It is as if the tracking was lagged or delayed and then all updated. Next day, one day after update, it arrived.

Clearly the postal service sucks :mad:

IF there is urgent need, pay the premium and use the domestic service.

IF you are like myself and stock up ahead of time, then enjoy the lower price of international :)
Then, you even get to "flip" a few to your gym bros that may not have planned ahead and of course charge at least domestic price and often much more (you took the risk and made the investment after all :cool: ).

So finally tally of my orders was 6 out of 9 packages seized. This was 4 orders spread over a month that got bottle necked because of the Chinese New Year. Seven of them had been opened and only the ones that had labels and empty boxes made it through inspection. Everything else the contents were replaced with the standard customs letter telling me my items have been seized. Two packages were not inspected and made it to me.
Now I have never had a seizure and have placed probably 20+ orders over the last year or so. I used the "contact us" and explained that I received the packages, but contents had been seized. I received a rather rude response saying that tracking shows the packages were delivered so "How come they are seized if tracking number says all delivered?" They did not ask me to show them the opened packages with customs tape on them, I have pictures, or the customs letters telling me why my items were seized, I have them all uploaded and ready to go. In fact I tried to respond to their rude email and that address does not accept incoming mail. No idea what to do now.

Do you get a legal proceedings because of the seizure ?

No, I have had packs from multiple sources seized over the years and ZERO legal issue. Small order for personal use are not worth anyone's time for legal issues. Simply do not reply to the letter if you get it.

Sounds like these must have been from the Old China warehouse (based on your time-frame).

...No idea what to do now.

Simply work with the customer service that replied/emailed you.
Reply to them with any pics you have showing evidence.
Scan your letter so it is clear and easy to read and include that in your reply.

Your case does seem very odd. I am not accusing you so do not be offended please (after all, I just did encourage you to reply and follow up with your letter etc).
Because I have never heard of the letter being placed into packs.
Never have a personally witnessed nor even read about tracking showing a seized pack as delivered.
It simply does not work that way. Anyone on boards with experience can tell you the tracking stops being updated at a specific step and stays that way forever. Then, after some time a letter comes (but tracking will not show that either).
A seized pack has never been updated by tracking as delivered.

So unfortunately, most would react thinking you are making up a story simply because it does not work that way; nonetheless, in your case you will just have to have patience and understand something strange happened for you which will now require you working with customer service to provide your evidence (after all, many would be able to scam the source by making such claims and simply put "tape" on empty delivered packs and good a letter).

Tracking is the only neutral source of info the source has to verify if a pack was delivered. I hope you understand what I mean.
If sources are believe that tracking will show "delivered" for items that never were delivered, then, it will be very easy for many to get "free" packs.

Sorry for your inconvenience and any frustrations -- something very strange occur in your case and as such the best you can do is to try to explain and show evidences to the customer service with whom you are already in communications.

HI, sorry if it seems rude, but this is a regular question. Usually if a package is seized, tracking number does not update and just freezes at custom. In rare cases in shows delivery. Even as per conditions, if tracking number shows a package is delivered, we have to ask for unpacking video.
Maybe the wording of the question seemed rude to you because of not native English-speakers replied. Nobody rejected reshipping to you. I will contact you.
