What is the URL for the Domestic warehouse. I believe I am on it it but want to make sure.

Also, I sent an email to contacts@pharmacom.net, they replied saying they have nothing to do with basicstero and that domestic is unsafe as they always get busted. They stated their website is pharmacom.ws/

None of those are contact info I know of for Basicstero -- you were most likely NOT talking to the correct source.

These orders are before or after the warehouse changes?
New warehouse or old warehouse?
(I assume old warehouse based on the time-frame mentioned)

Customers can easily misunderstand a post and think because it is posted now, it means it is about an order from the new warehouse which to this point I have not read of any CONFIRMED (not customer speculation, delayed, lost, wrong address by customer or postal service fault etc) seized packs.

Regardless, I appreciate the post showing your recent TD and the shipping success.

This was from the old warehouse. It is a reship success. I was happy to finally receive something. However it was a bit of a headache if I'm being honest.
I will say the story has a downside, as I said it was only 1 out of 2 orders that was reshipped. Originally both orders got seized .. they were reshipped. Both got seized again. Then I had a pretty tough back and forth with them about how I had received the oral promo items, just not the vials of liquid (which were the paid items).
We had come to the conclusion that they were going to send it via the super stealth method. Both orders... Not including the orals which were promotion items, since I had received them already. I just needed all the liquid items. All the vials were what was seized. When I finally got the touchdown, I was relieved just to have gotten something after so long... But I realized it was only 1 of the 2 orders. I was also surprised it got to me as they didn't send it super stealth with satchets as they said. But it came so I'll take it.
Something is better than nothing, as I was ready to write both orders off as a complete loss. So I was more happy about it than disappointed it was only half of my stuff.

So finally tally of my orders was 6 out of 9 packages seized. This was 4 orders spread over a month that got bottle necked because of the Chinese New Year. Seven of them had been opened and only the ones that had labels and empty boxes made it through inspection. Everything else the contents were replaced with the standard customs letter telling me my items have been seized. Two packages were not inspected and made it to me.
Now I have never had a seizure and have placed probably 20+ orders over the last year or so. I used the "contact us" and explained that I received the packages, but contents had been seized. I received a rather rude response saying that tracking shows the packages were delivered so "How come they are seized if tracking number says all delivered?" They did not ask me to show them the opened packages with customs tape on them, I have pictures, or the customs letters telling me why my items were seized, I have them all uploaded and ready to go. In fact I tried to respond to their rude email and that address does not accept incoming mail. No idea what to do now.

we receive many emails recently from concerned customers regarding their tracking numbers.
After we transferred warehouses and launched promotion (which is still running, by the way), new EU-based warehouse has enjoyed great success. But because of all the positive interest, there were some delays. Honestly, we were not ready and did not have enough man-power.
As a result, we have now hired additional staff to better service the increase in business and improve processing times.
I uploaded many tracking numbers today. Also most of orders were dispatched, we are just expecting tracking numbers.
All currently placed orders should be processed without delays.
Please do not worry, we are doing our best.
An additional device to speed up processing your order is using bitcoin or other cryptocurrency as payment option. Such orders are processed within hours, whereas Western Union and MoneyGram cause a real headache lately and may require up to 3-5 days for pick-up due to independent on us reasons.
