It appears he was using fake website. He posted the site he used for checking and it is one of the main known fakes.
He did NOT purchase from Bascistero. There is no issue with the real products.

Yea that’s a ton of items, not sure smaller packages have better chances but i think having that many boxes in one package may increase odds of getting caught, either by their scanners or they just notice it to be a good size ..

You are using a fake website, most likely a scammer.
Also on the fake site you posted, check the news, the latest news is from 2017 -- this must be when they created the clone (copied the real site to make a fake that looks somewhat real and will fool some people).
The real lab has news posted as recent as Friday, 01 February 2019 12:06.
Ironically, that news is about the fake site you are a victim of using.

This could be a clue as to why you are having issues -- you can search the thread as the fake counterfeit sites have been discussed many times in the past. Scammer created fake site to verify fake codes and verify fake sources for counterfeiter products. This has been discussed but because it is all in one thread here on MESO, you will have to do some searching.
Avoid this mess by buying direct next time.
Another case solved -- I should change my name to Perry Mason
Just checked my test c ampules on the real site- real. Checked it on the fake site , fake lol. Looks like that fake site verified their own fakes while obviously not being able identify the real items.
Speaking of I have a bottle of Test e I’m trying to check also on real site I only have the scan code on bottom of box, but the numbers are hidden in the metallic wrapping on bottle. I tried scratching it off by it’s not working, how do I read those ?

Ok cool worked perfect with the dull side of butter knife . Checked my test e from basicstero on real site checked out good, checked it on fake site and was fake . All good to go for sure . I notice this test e just doing 200-250 mgs per week keeping levels pretty close to normal and bodyweight staying up
