I was planning on placing an order soon, and decided to try my info. Neither of the email addresses I use are recognized by either site. When I use the reset password link, it says:

"Sorry but this email address is not found in our database, please try again."

Sorry for the long-read, but it is all extremely simple in fact.
We completed most of the changes with our warehouse transfer.

First of all, please do not worry if you are not able to login with your old credentials at our new International Premium warehouse

Please read the explanation below.
Our Chinese and EU domestic warehouses had different databases. After thorough consideration of all the possible ways to merge databases we came to the conclusion that simply merging may have numerous unexpected and unpleasant consequences for our customers (e.g. accounts with the same username can belong to different people at different warehouses, etc.). Therefore, we decided NOT to merge.

Our old china-based warehouse was moved from

to

https://chinaint.basicstero.ws

We will keep it for a couple of weeks only to allow you to check your orders and transfer existing discounts.

You can login with your old existing usernames and passwords at

 https://chinaint.basicstero.ws/index/login

If you chose "Old International" warehouse in the left-sided menu on our site, you will be redirected to this address as well.

I only checked if I could login with my existing email and password at either the EU or China warehouses. Both said my email was not in the database. I have a lot of past orders on more than one account.

I will try to go through the normal support email. I don't mix info that can be tied to orders with other sites. But thanks for the offer.

yes, for sure Hopefully the quote and post I shared will help you at least narrow in on any potential issue if it was warehouse transfer related.

The "contact us" and using private email directly with the source is what I also recommend. I just wanted to make sure you were as fully informed as possible.

I am not sure how long the migration/transfer was available or if it was only for a few weeks, customer support will know.

Guys I have 7 bottles of Test C Pharmacom and one of the bottles is a darker yellow than the other ones. Is it safe to use? its not cloudy, just a darker yellow. EXP date is not till 2021

But I have their tren Ace too! Tried for two weeks, zero effects too! Tren Ace is supposed to work quickly. Even Tren E should peak in 48 hours. We all know that long Ester myth is just this, a myth. So both Pharmacom Tren Ace and Tren E are doing jack all. No side effects, no aggression, no strength increase, even no cough. Something is really off

This thread is about Basicstero the ONLY direct from manufacturer Pharmacom supplier, not any other source/supplier/re-seller etc.

I recommend next time you buy directly from Basicstero. If you bought from another place, then you must work with that specific source to seek a resolution for any potential issue regarding your business with the other source.

With all respect, are you trying to say that Pharmacom, official manufacturer of the PC range and the fact that all my tren came up as legit, is not an indication that the gear is Pharmacom produce? How does it relate to basicsrero?

You are using a fake website, most likely a scammer.
Also on the fake site you posted, check the news, the latest news is from 2017 -- this must be when they created the clone (copied the real site to make a fake that looks somewhat real and will fool some people).
The real lab has news posted as recent as Friday, 01 February 2019 12:06.
Ironically, that news is about the fake site you are a victim of using.

This could be a clue as to why you are having issues -- you can search the thread as the fake counterfeit sites have been discussed many times in the past. Scammer created fake site to verify fake codes and verify fake sources for counterfeiter products. This has been discussed but because it is all in one thread here on MESO, you will have to do some searching.

Avoid this mess by buying direct next time.
