Ive to say im in love with basicstero products.Ive been using them for the last 2-3 years and they always work. Currently using pharmamix2 and its g2g.

Im planning to use pharmamix1 and pharmamix 4 my next offseason seeing the current results with a mix. I was distrustful at first but now... im confident mixes are good.

US....I think it took 3 weeks to get to the ISC at usps...

Little concerned by a package I received. Assumed it was long gone this is from a long ago order. Anyway got home and it was there. Definitely was opened up by customs. Not sure why they shipped some stuff with the extra stealth method and some wasn't. Seemed a little sloppy to me. This came from China btw. Anyone have experience receiving things months after ordering?

yes, I have with another very good source (not Basicstero).
I thought the pack was gone, the source offered a re-ship after 6 or 7 weeks passed. I waited a few more days and when I went to finally reply to the email and accept the re-ship I checked tracking one last time -- that day it finally moved and updated. Sometimes the postal system losses things for a while or they sit in sorting center bins. My pack from that other source arrived about 7 or 8 weeks later than expected and all was well.

About your own specific order and why some items were stealth and some not etc -- for any specific order private details you need to discuss -- use the "contact us" on the source's website and provide your order number so maybe customer service can contact the warehouse and ask for details for you if possible.

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.

Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons ).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.

The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

It just seemed sloppy and rushed to me to ship half discrete and the other half not. I had specifically asked for the extra discrete as the order was already seized. I have to assume I somehow got extra lucky as everything was opened and checked. That or I’ll get a knock at 5am.

Mine as well. 3.5 weeks from order to in hand from w1.

Going to try the "Hennos" product for the first time. Like I said before, everything i've previously gotten from/through pharmacom was legit. I'm in the middle of an AAS cycle right now, but going to run this concurrent with the last 6 weeks, then the next 6 after that with my regular TRT. Interested in seeing if I can keep the shred from the cycle through with this product.

@pwerlft If the pack passed and assuming it is personal sized order (not $10k+ worth to re-sell), you are already passed any potential legal issue from the actual shipment (they would have simply seized it is it was determined to be contraband). SO you will not be getting a knock at the door regarding the shipment.

Of course, you can still be caught unrelated to the shipment if you get pulled over and searched or some other scenario that has someone discover you have illegal items. By this I mean, just because the shipment was successful and is now past the point of any legal issues, still be careful as you are not immune to the legality of actual possession of illegal items regardless of how they are obtained.

As for details regarding your order/pack, as I already mentioned, you will need to speak to the source via email (use the "contact us" form on the website as I described in the quote to speak directly with the source as none of us can see any specific order details).
