The main points are it must be a Certified/Accredited lab, brand new item (not opened), and results are verifiable (the lab may be contacted by anyone and given the report number to verify the results to eliminate any potential for forgery).

If a customer decides to take advantage of the option to send a sample to a certified laboratory of his or her choice and meets the terms listed, he or she is required to inform us about this in advance, provide the ORDER NUMBER which contained the product in question, and provide photos of the item in question.

Regardless of result, the customer will be given a replacement of the product sent.

If the lab report shows a negative result and some considerable deviations are found, Basicstero.ws will completely cover all testing expenses and provide to the customer a bonus for all inconvenience caused. However, if the report shows a positive result and no significant deviations are found, the customer will be required to cover all testing expenses, but he or she still gets a replacement for the item that was sent to be tested.

IMPORTANT: Deviations within +/- 10% from concentration stated on the label are permissible. Therefore, if the product in question is found to be within +/- 10% of Pharmacom’s advertised concentration it is considered a positive good result.

Any and all questions regarding the entire testing procedure, testing expenses, payment details, and all other aspects of this process are to be discussed and agreed upon individually via e-mail.

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.

Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

W2 has a lot more stock so would be nice to order from them.

no one answered this. How does it work. If I order domestic Eu why does it still go through customs? Can I order from w2 then with the same likelihood it will make it to me as w1?

Just received my order, all is looking good.
A question though your water based Tren and Test would it go through 27g needle ?
 
I finally got tracking info 9 days later aaaaand, “the item is at the shippers warehouse”.. so I’m still waiting for it to be shipped.
I guess it really doesn’t matter if I order from W1 or W2...

I think in most cases/countries packs do have to pass out-going customs. But if you are in the EU then W1 packs should not have to pass any incoming customs into the destination as it is all within the EU. W2 will have to pass both outgoing from the orinin AND incoming into the EU nation (so a little more risk of seizure with W2).
Both have a very high chance to get to you and there is a free re-ship (2nd try/chance) with proof of seizure (seizure letter or evidence on tracking etc will show if it has been seized).

I do not have any first-hand personal experience with water-based. However, from what I have learned from others, it may be difficult to push through a 27g without it clogging; maybe a 1/2 inch 27g, but even that I would think it would be difficult (anything long, like 1 inch or 1.5 inch etc I doubt it will work).

IF you try it and it works, let us all know so we may learn more.

From my experience I find that:

Total time from confirmed collection of funds (order status updated to "shipped") to pack landing is usually about 4 weeks (+/- a week) from W1.

Total time from confirmed collection of funds (order status updated to "shipped") to pack landing is usually about 5 weeks (+/- a week) from W2.
