I ordered from W1 and I am in Eu.
I got an email saying it’s waiting to pass customs. Then I got a email a couple days later with tracking saying it’s been handed over to postal service.
But if I track it says the package is at shippers warehouse. and on my basic account it says order shipped.
I’m getting very eager now.
so I should expect 4 weeks for a domestic package?

I just got a seizure letter for my order I placed and payed for in March
Contact the source directly (see info below) and include your order number etc., state it was seized and you have the letter, and request your re-ship. The source's customer service can check tracking and confirm and will take care of you.

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.
Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.
The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.
NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

I am not in the EU myself so I do not have first-hand experience, but from all that I have seen on boards and talked to the source, if all is as usual then it should arrive to you in approximately 4 weeks from the time it shipped (+/- a week depending on teh psotal servcie which seems to vary -- it is all dependent upon the postal services as once it is handed over the source has no way to influence the situation). Nonetheless, the great majority of packs from W1 arrive within 4 weeks of being handed over to the postal service.
I do not have personal experience with recieving in the EU, but from what I have seen and learned, yes, it is a good estimate to say it is about the (maybe slightly faster than arriva to teh USA depending upon which specific nation is in question, but postal services vary so much that teh slight difference for location is small compared to the great random variation with delays in teh postal service itself; by this I mean, maybe if all was perfect a pack arrives 3 days earlier in the EU but because postal service often varries 1 to 2 weeks even from same order to same location, my opinion is for practical purposes it is about the same estimate).

Also, remeber W2 will also ships from a middle-point in the EU; the added time for W2 (waiting at shipper warehouse is misunderstood by many as just sitting) is the time the products are taking to move from the manufacturer to Warehouse-2 itself. Once at W2, it is shipped from W2 with the EU to the final destination.

The package tracking showed up as delivered and when I went to the P.O. Box, the original packaging was there with the seizure letter inside. That’s the first time I got a seizure letter this way with the package showing as delivered. I contacted them through the website and they sent me an email so I replied with pictures of the packaging and the letter. Still waiting for a reply.

Here you may find more info regarding warehgouse on the Basicstero site:
"The second shipping location (or W2) is used as a spare warehouse only in case if some items are missing at warehouse 1. You will receive packages from one of European countries. To reduce possible seizure risks we do not disclose names of countries we ship from."

I just heard from someone that had a discreet reship seized. I think the sender might be flagged. This sucks because I’ve been using you guys for years. Looks like the game is up. In my experience, it’s just too fucking hard to get a package from you guys anymore. Before you say it’s not your fault, I realize this, but what does it matter? Your packages still aren’t getting to me. Just expressing my frustration. If my discreet reship from an order placed in March gets seized, then I will be shit out of luck. I know it’s not your fault but fuck it, I guess you guys are unlucky just like me cuz I’ve been getting packs from other sources just fine. I’ve already decided to just move on. I want what I paid for but I’ve learned through this experience that there is plenty of good gear out there and it actually gets to me without all the headaches.

So, regarding seizures. Yes, something changed and packages are routed not as usually through regular entry point/custom in the USA,which had low seizure rate. Looks like it is overloaded and packages are rerouted.
Due to this number of seizures increased, we acknowledge this. Seizure is possible while ordering from international warehouse 2. We offer free reshipping in case of seizures and we also offer super discreet packaging in sachets, which helps in most cases. We are also working on restocking warehouse 1, which is located within EU. We expect it will have much better success rate. Once shipping towards the USA is available and once we restock it, you will be able ordering from W1. It is a matter of 2-3 weeks we hope.
Also one more thing. There is no such thing as flagged address. At least we have customers with 7+ seizures and they still receive orders successfully to tame addresses. It is a matter of luck, game of chances. One time your package gets scanned, another time it avoids extra attention.
