This stands for eu as well?From my experience I find that:
Total time from confirmed collection of funds (order status updated to "shipped") to pack landing is usually about 4 weeks (+/- a week) from W1.
Total time from confirmed collection of funds (order status updated to "shipped") to pack landing is usually about 5 weeks (+/- a week) from W2.
I think in most cases/countries packs do have to pass out-going customs. But if you are in the EU then W1 packs should not have to pass any incoming customs into the destination as it is all within the EU. W2 will have to pass both outgoing from the orinin AND incoming into the EU nation (so a little more risk of seizure with W2).
Both have a very high chance to get to you and there is a free re-ship (2nd try/chance) with proof of seizure (seizure letter or evidence on tracking etc will show if it has been seized).
From my experience I find that:

International to where? US?And another seizure and letter , international is getting real bad no more ordering there . Things have gotten out of hand , left and right
Give it a few days it will probably update. That has been common I found out for UspsI ordered from W1 and I am in Eu.
I got an email saying it’s waiting to pass customs. Then I got a email a couple days later with tracking saying it’s been handed over to postal service.
But if I track it says the package is at shippers warehouse. and on my basic account it says order shipped.
I’m getting very eager now.
so I should expect 4 weeks for a domestic package?
I just got a seizure letter for my order I placed and payed for in March Bummer...what’s next?

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.
Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons ).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.
The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.
NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

The package tracking showed up as delivered and when I went to the P.O. Box, the original packaging was there with the seizure letter inside. That’s the first time I got a seizure letter this way with the package showing as delivered. I contacted them through the website and they sent me an email so I replied with pictures of the packaging and the letter. Still waiting for a reply.Contact the source directly (see info below) and include your order number etc., state it was seized and you have the letter, and request your re-ship. The source's customer service can check tracking and confirm and will take care of you.

Also, remeber W2 will also ships from a middle-point in the EU; the added time for W2 (waiting at shipper warehouse is misunderstood by many as just sitting) is the time the products are taking to move from the manufacturer to Warehouse-2 itself. Once at W2, it is shipped from W2 with the EU to the final destination.
Im confused, are you saying both W1 and W2 are located in the EU?

I just heard from someone that had a discreet reship seized. I think the sender might be flagged. This sucks because I’ve been using you guys for years. Looks like the game is up. In my experience, it’s just too fucking hard to get a package from you guys anymore. Before you say it’s not your fault, I realize this, but what does it matter? Your packages still aren’t getting to me. Just expressing my frustration. If my discreet reship from an order placed in March gets seized, then I will be shit out of luck. I know it’s not your fault but fuck it, I guess you guys are unlucky just like me cuz I’ve been getting packs from other sources just fine. I’ve already decided to just move on. I want what I paid for but I’ve learned through this experience that there is plenty of good gear out there and it actually gets to me without all the headaches.@basco This source will take care of you with another try.
you have picture of your letter, so I am confident Basicstero will offer a re-ship (or most likely will just re-ship without even replying to your email -- they just see the proof of seizure you provided, look up the order number, and re-send paid items -- as I have seen done in the past).
I have always seen the source stick to their promise of one free re-ship attempt with proof of seizure.
