I just noticed that the content of my vials have different colors . Both are test 300 from same batch same order from basic . One vial has a yellowish oil and the rest have whiteish oil, i never had this. i checked every vial and so far every one had this yellow color so this is the first time this happened. Can anyone explain this ?

Nope, they are all produced at the same exact industrial level manufacturing facility. The warehouses are just that, warehouse and point of storage from which products are shipped to end customer destinations.
 
How long does shipping normally take?

I will simply copy/paste a response I just gave another customer with a a similar question and discussion in private messages:

Regarding T/A times, in general when all is running smooth in the world, W2 has about 4 to 6 weeks delivery time to USA currently, from what I see. W1 has about a 4 weeks delivery time.
Of course, the US Domestic Warehouse is 100% success and much faster for US residents (items are already stocked in the USA) but the added operational costs, staff, import etc, mean higher prices than intl.

This past year with all that is going on around the world, the times vary greatly -- very wide ranges.
Please understand, once a pack is handed over top the postal service, a source had no control (just like if you or I mailed someone a letter -- it is at the mercy of the postal service once we hand it over).
Times vary greatly because of many factors in the postal system which are beyond anyone's control (even more so this year with the unprecedented global issues we all have been enduring).

For example, here is the tracking (pic below) for one of my own packs from earlier this year that sat in customs for a month and still was successfully delivered to me. It also shows how much the postal service varies as this took 57 days total but the other half of the order had arrived in about 30 days -- times vary greatly and I do not see any pattern (i just received one I thought was lost that took even longer than the one in the pic).

SO from my won experience (many packs) it is a range from about 3 weeks to
8 weeks (and, on very rare occasions, shorter or longer).
But, the main thing is Basicstero ALWAYS sends the customer the pack for which he or she paid -- there is no question regarding the source's integrity or many years of an well-established excellent track-record.

I hope this helps you make the most fully informed choices brother. For sure, a source needs and would love to have your business (that is how the business gets income, after all) but it is more important to me that you have all the facts we have and no bullshit. Thanks for the reply RThoads, I mean the top colored plastic cap, does that fit tightly on top the bottle ?

*After the first time breaking it off, i mean

Before opening, they are securely fitted. After breaking the seal (like ANY other such vial) the plastic cap is removed permanently and discarded.

Some stopped do get distorted when the pressure changes because of cooling.
I explained this is much greater detail somewhere back in this thread but it would take some searching to find.
Basically, during manufacturing the oils and vials are warm/hot, then they are sealed -- when the temperature drops it is possible the pressure can be reduced enough to distort the septum (this is the case when we see the rare vial that looks "sucked inward" with a divot -- if not leaking it is still completely sealed and usable).
Without physically inspecting your example, I can not know for sure what is the case -- however, I am confident as long as there is no leaking, the contents are still sterile. IF you are worried about the seal, here is what I personally do in such cases: I pump a few cc of air (using a clean , new, sterile syringe) into the vial to create positive pressure -- then, I store the vial upside down (so stopped is at bottom with oil in contact and pressure above pushing down at the stopped from within); if by the next day there is no leaked oil, the seal is very tight and viable.

IF you have any trouble beyond this, simple contact the source directly and see if customer service may help you further to resolve your issue (this source is usually very good about taking care of any issues).

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.

Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons :) ).
Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.


The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.

A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

I have my order being reshipped. As there is nothing on my dashboard to say so, should I email 7 days after I was told for the reship for a tracking or should I see something on my dashboard?
In my experience (because seizures and reship are so relatively rare) there is no website functionality programmed in to track or notify regarding reship status.
In other words, such events are rare and simply handled individually, by personally by the staff that helped you, on a case-to-case basis.

Different levels of possible oxidation of some carrier oil -- totally normal.
Can be a difference also it temperatures or air exposure before sealing each may have individually experienced.
I have noticed this (with multiple sources) form many of the vials I have over time show slightly different shades.
As long as there are no leaks or impurities, you may be confident in the quality, sterility, and safety (this source has been going strong for a LONG time with thousands of orders a month around the world).
Just check for leaks (very rare, I have never experienced one with Pharmacom) to make sure it is not continued oxidation because of a failure in the seal (oxidation will not harm you, but a leak means the rare chance bacteria or impurity may enter) .
 
Guys, MESO is lagging really bad for me and I am not able to go back a page.
Someone had mentioned they are moving and were worried about what to do -- please, if anyone see that post simply give him the "Contact Us" info and tell him to contact the source directly.
It is most likely beyond anyone's control (if the pack is in the postal system, no one can do anything about it) but for sure beyond what anyone on the boards (such as myself) can address.
So please help him to contact the source. I just posted the info and my quote in reply to someone else.

question, you know how the BTC market is always changing ?, well, when you place a order on basicstero, do the prices for btc change as well ?
I am under the understanding that when you confirm your order, the exact BTC amount/cost is stated at that time; and, that amount of BTC on your order confirmation you need to pay regardless of what changes occur in the crypto currency market value(it may go up or may go down in value but you owe what the order confirmation said you owe at the moment you submitted the order).
