Hi, I hope you can help me. I have ordered few times in the past no problem. I saw tracking showed at customs for a month and this is my first time getting a seizure letter. Is it possible to get credit to my account to reorder domestically? Or can I have this reshipped to a DIFFERENT address?

I don't know what can happen if I am seized twice, but the letter says personal penalties or criminal prosecution..

I guess you received in in a discreet form, right? If so, it has no orininal label and date there is not real. If you ordered it from warehouse 2 it is new. I can explain in more details privately.

Some news for today.

1. We implemented a new range of discounts for orders paid by cryptocurrency for international warehouse 2. Now, if you pay by any cryptocurrency, you get the following discounts:

5% for orders over $100
10% for orders over $200
15% for orders over $350
20% for orders over $450
25% for orders over $600

This is not some temporary promo, but permanent discounts. We will see, how it goes at least.

2. Within a few days we start accepting Monero as payment option.

3. It looks like starting from January, 1st there are issues with shipping orders to UK. Due to Brexit UK custom require VAT for parcels shipped from outside of UK. We tried to ship, but postal service just refuses to accept parcels without VAT of a recipient provided. So, we will have to add an extra field into our ordering form for UK customers. If you do not idicate your VAT we will not be able shipping. Many customers have already complained they dont have VAT and so on...We really cant do anything. It is required for shipping to UK now.

4. This is important. We warn you in advance that due to chinese new year (February 11 – 17 in 2021) we will not be able shipping orders from warehouse 2 probably since the very beginning of February until possibly end of February (based on experience of previous years, althouh officially holidays take place only 7 days). All orders collected within this time frame will be shipped at fist possibility.

5. We are going to add testosterone undecanoate vials into our product range. Expect it soon!

Hi, W1 can not ship to UK at all so far. W2 requires VAT now. It does not mean you will have to pay some taxes. We indicate lower prices on packs, however VAT is required by postal service in any case, otherwise they just refuse to ship.

OK, it is shame that the new VAT rules have come into effect here in the UK which is now forcing your shipper to require VAT number to send your packs to the UK.

Something to note about this new regime is that it was an EU legislation that was going to come into affect to the whole of the EU but because of COVID the EU chose to delay it for now so to not hamper business even more during this pandemic.

With this in mind, it could be this year the EU as a whole enforce this new policy which could mean your shipper asking for VAT details to ship to ANY EU based country (EU July 2021 e-Commerce VAT Package).

I have tried sourcing Pharmacom products where possible for the past 5 years and while i know this issue is totally out of your control - I fear it could mean the end to providing your product the UK market (and possibly EU if they too follow the same regime.

I'm not sure what your relationship with you "shipper" is and whether they know the nature of your products you are exporting however... Can you speak with them to establish:

Why it is they require a UK VAT number to ship the products you are supplying - With the new rules, it is the "market place" that should account for VAT (clearly this is not possible due to the nature of your business). But with this in mind why is it the shipper needs this info?

Once the VAT number is provided to your shipper - do they write the UK VAT number on the outside of the parcel? Like on the CN22 declaration? or are the actual parcels unchanged?

What does the shipper do with the VAT number once they are provided? Do they notify UK customs to expect a parcel declared as X valued Y weighing Z with VAT number XXX?

Or is it more of a tick box exercise where by to be "complaint" they simply have to request all UK bound parcels to supply VAT number and keep a record of them - nothing more happens with this information?

I'm sure you can appreciate it will be extremely remote for any UK based customer to be willing to put a VAT number to their parcel however i am willing to try to work with you to get an understanding of how this works and whether in actual fact not much changes.

Given the complexity and the fact it does not apply to most on this forum, it might be best to continue this conversation in PM.

Yeah I am also confused as as a customer I do not know what VAT number to provide, I am not a business...

I am happy to pay a little extra for the delivery company to release the package from customs etc but I dont know what they are asking for currently

It is not likely the source can give credit to a different warehouse because the internal business structure, owners guidelines, different stock and inventory, and different operational costs of each warehouse etc..

See article #16 on the source's FAQ (source of quote linked in "code" box below):
"16. My international order is seized. May I get store credit in the domestic section rather than a reship?

No. We pay to our domestic shippers for each item shipped. If your international order is seized and we would reship it from the domestic warehouse we would not only lose products, but also would have to pay to our shippers and cover shipping costs from our pocket. Sorry, we do not do this. Reshipping always occurs from the warehouse, where the original order was placed from.

The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.

A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

**Below I will share some additional info that was originally reply to a similar question from a different customer but may be helpful to you as well (this is a copy/paste so some details may not be specifically about your situation):

When you contact the source, consider asking for discrete shipping to increase the chances of success.

Your house and name are not "flagged." You may find examples here and on other boards of individuals continuing to successfully use their same address and name after seizure (some after multiple seizures from multiple sources -- just think about some of the resellers/local-dealers and how many orders a guy like that would be making -- they usually just "price-in" the losses to pass costs to their local customers).
I personally know people (physically in-person) that move high-volume of such products whom have collection of seizure letters in a big pile lol. It is all simply part of business and this life-style.

Never respond to the seizure letter or anything, then nothing may be proven that you have done illegal (you do not possess anything and it can not be proven you ordered -- after all, someone may by mistake send you something illegal right now without you even knowing or any enemy is mad and sends something to make trouble -- just sending is not enough unless you do something to prove you intended it to happen such as trying to recover the pack).

Nothing, not even a prescription, makes such a pack legal -- never attempt to recover a seized pack. In the big picture it is very small loss. I have lost many times (with other sources for GH specifically, I endured BIG losses and costs over $5000 values order) -- i take it as part of the business and move on. Never worth risking legal costs and trouble or fines and jail.

It is a small cost to our lifestyle and interest -- just part of the situation.
Always better to be safe and not even risk trying to recover illegal items.

What’s your guys success rate to Canada looking like these days?
I asked Frank (global sales manager) from Basicstero regarding Canada and here is his reply:
We ship to Canada, but not many order there so we do not have any meaningful statistics. its game of chances with a realistic chance to risk seizure. but "super discrete" (you will need to contact the source to discuss details for this option) special method do pass.

I do not know anything about VAT or I would try to help -- I literally do not know anything about the subject.
