Damn. Not good. Got a few vials of test c as well.
*Edit: just realized an extra vial of test p got thrown into an order as a freebie a while back, so I'd say that more than makes up for the 90% dosing. Still doesn't explain or make up for the shit bloodwork on the test c though. Hopefully those Simec results come back quickly.

Which is exactly what it is designed to do. Make you not care about underdosage, or low quality. In this case, it isn't so bad. 10% isn't horrible, and Pharmacom Frank seems to be on top of it at the moment. But who is to say what underdosage or quality related issues will arise in the future? UGLs don't have such a good track record on Meso. Call me a cynic, but all the freebies and discounts seem gimmicky. Gimmicks exist when substance doesn't. I'll trade discounts, freebies, and promos for properly dosed quality gear every time.

Well you can get that right now, just go to the wellness clinics. Of course your gonna pay 200$ for a vial of cyp that might be exactly 200mg per ml, but remember their allowed a 10% off label dose as well.
Me i rather buy 4 vials for that same price of testC 250 that might be an " outrageously" underdosed 220mg per ml.
Except...based on that bloodwork that was posted a page or two back, it could be under dosed a lot more than that. Hope not, but waiting to see what Simec says.

I get your point as well. But let us not forget about all the money we throw away on underdosed and floaters gear gambling. Add that to the equation and that makes the cost a lot less than $200 for Pharm test cyp. Not to mention you get a script, and peace of mind knowing your career and freedom isn't in jeopardy.
I know I've thrown away my fair share of UGL vials for various reasons.
This isn't a shot a pharmacom, just saying there are pros and cons to both.
