Yes we upload tracking numbers to the site. Of course each customer can see only his related info. After I upload tracking number to the site you immediately get an automated email from us with it. So if someone specified wrong email address, no problem, you can always check tracking info under your account.

I'm going to help Frank out and answer a few of these questions. Mind you this is all anecdotal as it is illegal to order or possess AAS where I live.

Regarding tracking once you make an order and have made payment sign in the following day to your account at basicstero.net. Under Dashboard click my orders. Under status you will see either something like "awaiting funds transfer confirmation" or "order processing" if you see order processing this means your funds have been picked up. Once you see order processing this status will remain for one or two days after which you will see "order shipped".

Once you see order shipped it may be a week before you will see a tracking number which doesn't appear until after the package clears customs in China.

Once you see order shipped you will be fine. There is nothing to worry about if it is within 28 days of the time your funds were picked up. In the US most packs will arrive in three weeks or less but no one can control the speed of customs or mail delivery so don't sweat under 28 days and don't order international if you need something in 10 days.

for lot of first time trials yes... Always inject only a half ml first several times. Or mix it with some low concentrated oils. After about 10-15 pins you body shall get used to it.

I ordered from the international section of basisster... It has zhipped from overseas. I tracked it and now it is stuck in US customs. Does anyone know how long it could stay in US customs? Other times i ordered from international it went through overseas customs after a week then went straight through US delivery without delay? Any experiences?

I had a pack get stuck in customs for 2-3 days and then got sent out... I didn't recieve my gear, instead I got 3 pieces of paper!

Sometimes usps is slow updating their info too. I had it show it was in customs for a few days then out of no where it showed up on my door step.

I've always heard if it gets stuck in customs to check the status online a couple of times each hour.

This lets those in charge know that the package is important to you and gets them moving quicker to get it to you.
