My memory is usually horrible but I don't believe u do need to sign for packs.

Don't know if it's a local thing, but I have had to sign every time.
Haven't had to sign for any of my basicstero packs...international or domestic

Basicstero and Frank have been great for me so far, no complaints at all. Very fast, professional and easy. I have no problem with signing as I know some do, but I would rather them just drop it off at the house. I bet its a local thing though, I have heard other guys say they haven't had to sign for their packs and it would not surprise me at all if its just the area I live.

Same thing happened to me. Sucked having to pick that shit up from the post office. Pretty nerve wracking.
But anytime I've ordered international I had to sign.

I totally agree I'm not gonna lie I was nervous as shit when I went in to pick it up, but they were nice as could be and it was no big deal at all!! Ha! I took my little boy in with me so I didn't appear shady!

I always get mine in my order info in dashboard. Also i never have to sign for my packs, it must just be a local rule thing.

I'm going to help Frank out and answer a few of these questions. Mind you this is all anecdotal as it is illegal to order or possess AAS where I live.
Regarding tracking once you make an order and have made payment sign in the following day to your account at basicstero.net. Under Dashboard click my orders. Under status you will see either something like "awaiting funds transfer confirmation" or "order processing" if you see order processing this means your funds have been picked up. Once you see order processing this status will remain for one or two days after which you will see "order shipped".
Once you see order shipped it may be a week before you will see a tracking number which doesn't appear until after the package clears customs in China.
Once you see order shipped you will be fine. There is nothing to worry about if it is within 28 days of the time your funds were picked up. In the US most packs will arrive in three weeks or less but no one can control the speed of customs or mail delivery so don't sweat under 28 days and don't order international if you need something in 10 days.
