Damn that REALLY sucks. I have been on the fence to take advantage of their promo but wow that would suck to end up not getting the promo in the end with such a big order.

Yeah it really sucks and the thing that left the worst taste in my mouth was how frank handled the whole situation. Never an apology or did he ever follow up with me once out of countless times I contacted him. So yeah there statement never had a package seized ain't true and I'm out $700 in gear.

Well paid for order back in December and have had to contact frank countless times to get info on my order. So finally I hear from him today saying my package has been seized. If I remember correctly reading through this thread they never had a package seized. Oh and I ordered $700.00 when they were running the promo to get $700 free and they only replace half the order. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had ordering gear. Just a heads up I know most people had no problems receiving there package but I've been strung along this whole process

How do you know it was actually seized?

I don't know If it was one package or not but I know it was seized because frank finally messaged me this morning.

Ok. I just imagine it's sent in 2 packages because of the size and you should have received one of them.

I'm most likely going to ask him to take the label off with the vials since I'm doing blood work anyways.

True he offered to reship without labels but I'm still out 700 in gear and the reason I did that promo was to help out some buddies so now I don't have there stuff. Really wish frank would chime in about all this

That is a rather large order. Also you are lucky they reship any of it. Because you are ordering iilegal materials through mail. lol. So that and they offer stealth shipping you could have asked for that, to make it better, and more chance to get it. But it is unfortunate. He does mention the reshipping policy. It's none of my business though. So goodluck.

Packages have been seized before. It was awhile ago that Frank said that packages hadn't been seized with their new shipping method. Since then we have seen a few here. Seems to happen more on the west coast though and doesn't seem that frequent. They offer to reship for free so I don't believe you are screwed. Just going to have to wait a couple weeks to receive, hopefully it gets through this time. Good luck. Hope it works out for you. Keep in mind that this shit happens in this game. It's a chance we take.

That sucks man and I feel for you. I personally wouldn't send that much in one order unless it was domestic. I've used pharmacom twice and had to sign for my packs both times. I don't like having to do that because if I happen to be out when the mail comes then my pack of illegal schedule 1's is sitting in a federal post office and I have to go in person and sign there to get it. So if I was being smart(I wasn't) and I missed the delivery of a pack(I did) I'd take it as a loss. Too much risk imo.

I don't really get what there is to clear up. It said no reship on promo stuff if seized. This guy was prob asking for up dates during the month it can sit in customs.

Yeah that's true it's a chance we take just wish I stayed local. I messaged Frank and asked if I can just get the credit applied to the u.s. store. I'll only get about 25% of the gear I would have got but honestly I just want to be done with this. It was handled so poorly I'll take my losses and move on. It sucks cuz Frank seemed so on top of it but oh well definitely hope people think twice ordering internationally

Not to crush you here bro but the terms of the Xmas specials were specific. You were told no reship on the promo material if seized. It's a risk you took. Now you lost the roll of the dice and you are waiting for frank to make it all better. Not happening. Man up, you still get what you paid for, they'll reship.

I suspect your mention of "helping some buddies out" may be the real issue. Financing your gear purchase with your
Buddies' cash and counting on the freebies to make them whole? Wouldn't be the first time, won't be the last.

Either way, my condolences. This is why test is $75 a vial in their domestic store and there are no 700/700 domestic deals.

Yes it does say no reship on promo items if seized. I don't want to go over the whole story again but frank promised me tracking multiple times that I never received and when it did ship out after sitting in customs almost a week I contacted him and a couple days later he responds it was seized

There's always a risk to INT, hence the better promos.

Local is great too but this special is hard to pass up. Frank's sending the pills separately from the vials and the vials will be unlabeled for me. I'll that this chance and I've always gotten my stuff from the east coast.

At the WU in imputed the amount for my order and I was with my buddy who confirmed the amount and I didn't see the receipt but it's a penny off. Called Walgreens and they said its a glitch. Not sure what's up with WU anymore.

I can't close out my order on Frank's website since the amount isn't the same. Tried to email a frank about it but haven't heard back from him.

em... i am really sorry about what happened, but you posted your experience beforehand. i don`t really understand what you meant saying how i handled this situation... actually i agreed to reship your order. in full and in a stealth way this time.
i am sorry about your experience, but at the moment when i said that we never had seizures we indeed never had them. It was a while ago. At one moment something changed. 95% or even more of packages still arrive successfully. A small part is seized. And i admitted this several times and even said that most seizures occur if you are located next to Chicago or Los Angeles, thus, it is recommended to order stealth shipping (just inform us about this) to reduce all risks or order in the domestic warehouse. Honestly i do not see our guilt here. I am sorry about what happened to you, but it could happen with absolutaly any other source where you could order from, absolutely every. Orders sent from Europe to the USA are also seized. So, this is just reality, we are dealing with illegal substances. From my side I understand everything and i confirmed you that the full order will be reshipped. Later I even allowed you to credit your US domestic account for 700$ as you asked. What to choose is up to you. But i really did all what I could do. Sorry, i do not see any reasons here to be unsatisfied with our customer service.
