From my side I understand everything and i confirmed you that the full rder will be reshipped. Later I even allowed you to credit your US domestic account for 700$ as you asked. What to choose is up to you. But i really did all what I could do. Sorry, i do not see any reasons here to be unsatisfied with customer service.

Sounds like Frank is actually going above and beyond to make this right. He didn't have to offer anything outside of the initial $700 order. It sucks when something like this happens but you can't be mad at Frank. Once it's shipped, it's always a roll of the dice getting it through customs.

That wasn't what his policy states. There's a risk for him too. Getting him to reship it and giving you another $700 store credit to me is asking too much.

We need people like him so we can get solid gear. If he can't make money, what's the point. There's a risk with INT, don't like it, go local and pay more.

Yeah as I recall Frank originally said in this thread that free reship does not include bonus items so it sounds like he made out pretty well.. The fact that I even get "customer service" for my illegal anabolic steroids is something not to be taken for granted.. I mean come on

Totally agree with your statement. I've never lost a package but this guy offers a stealth option. Fuck it, why not.

I know the risk and he's still is batting real well at 95%. 19 out of 20 packages make it. I'll take those odds any day.

It's not for sure seized until you get an official letter from the authorities stating it is seized.

I had a pack sit for over three weeks and no tracking updates; then one day it arrived and all the tracking steps updated.

If I were a source, I would require proof of seizure before reshipping just in case of reverse scammers.

Not to crush you here bro but the terms of the Xmas specials were specific. You were told no reship on the promo material if seized. It's a risk you took. Now you lost the roll of the dice and you are waiting for frank to make it all better. Not happening. Man up, you still get what you paid for, they'll reship.

I suspect your mention of "helping some buddies out" may be the real issue. Financing your gear purchase with your
Buddies' cash and counting on the freebies to make them whole? Wouldn't be the first time, won't be the last.

Either way, my condolences. This is why test is $75 a vial in their domestic store and there are no 700/700 domestic deals.

I figured Frank had some other way to know if something had been seized. Perhaps he gets some kind of notification from US customs when his packs are seized. I don't think Frank has any special way to see additional tracking information.
All he has is the same tracking numbers we have.
He most likely just makes an assumption if a couple weeks have passed.

I am not making accusations toward Frank or at the customer and not blaming anyone.
Instead, my only concern is that both the source and customer work with real facts that can be verified as opposed to assumptions which may be used to scam. This is in the best interest of both customers and sources -- each side benefits if we work to make sure all the facts are accurate and we eliminate any scams on either end.
